Some people brush their teeth often while others brush infrequently and others not at all.
Where do you fall in the teeth brushing spectrum?
In the morning, then behind messy meals, and again at night. there's a certain treat i love to eat that turns teeth blue automatically. I brush immediately after eating. It takes about 15 mins of brushing to get it off too.

I usually brush them in the morning and use mouthwash, then I brush and floss at night before bed. I used to brush my son's teeth as well when he was small so it felt like my life was brushing teeth for a while, lol.
After breakfast and before bed. I try for after lunch but don't try that hard and it rarely happens.

Twice, always. Once in the morning and once at night, if the situation calls for it or there's an opportunity I am not opposed to a mid day brush. I usually floss in the evening. Anything less is foolish. It really doesn’t take too long

I am a kisser, i kiss the wife a lot, so at least twice or three times a day.

After having two rotted wisdom teeth that had to be removed, I now brush and floss more than once. I still go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned but I’m more cautious than ever now.
i brush and even rinse twice a day, because well... its kinda important to take care of ya teeth. flossing is too boring so thats lile 2-3 times a month
My dentist said too much and told me to use the softest tooth brush I can find.
