Can you use Orajel on a pimple to numb it?

I have a big one beside right now and holy sh*t, it's painful tonight. Do you think orajel would be alright to put on it? or would that make it worse? If it makes it worse, what else could I use to stop the pain?

No do not use orajel on a pimple 2 numb it. Reason being orajal wasn't design 2 numb pimples. It was made for teeth, gums, and even ur ass. If u put it on a pimple. It could cause it 2 get infected. The orajel could stop up in the pimple and make things worse. Just be patience. Oh one thing u might can do. Put a hot rag on it. The heat may draw the head 2 the top. The head of the pimple is the part that causes u pain.
