I can't speak for all men, but I don't care for women with defined muscles because that means they have shed their healthy layer of natural feminine fat. Women who are fit and flexible yet soft are wonderful. Ideal ways for women to stay fit might include jogging, biking, yoga, dance, or even martial arts. A small bit of weight training isn't a terrible thing, but I don't want to see cut abs, muscular trapezius muscles or defined thighs.
Given my druthers, I would choose women who are thin and petite with pretty boobies, tender thighs, and soft, rounded hips and bottoms.

Depends on how much muscle they have, if they’re on juice to get where they are, they’re too muscular.

I don’t mind some muscle and “tone”, but there is a line where there’s too much.

I do in general like a “fit” girl, not necessarily a “muscular” girl.

I did like one girls muscles in which no other guys did, so I assume my answer is no, I do like muscles on a woman.

Cass Martin in the pic is about borderline for what I deem as getting too muscular.

Photo in OP is more muscle than I care for, as far as attractiveness goes, but is still within reason. I find her attractive still. Some women take steroids and go for even bigger muscles than that, which I absolutely do find highly unattractive. I also think overly huge muscles look unattractive/ridiculous on men.

toned muscles are fine. even something like the image is fine. But once she gets to where it looks like. she takes drugs to get those muscles. then it is a turn off for me.

The one in the picture has a little too much upper body strength for my brain to translate that as being feminine, but then again this isn't a full body shot.
I think the most attractive female bodybuilder I've seen is Bakhar Nabieva, and i think that's only because her thighs are so much bigger than her top half, hence keeping her feminine centre of gravity at the center of her pelvis.
