Actually, do you actually even wear underwear, or do you go commando?

It's crucial to practice proper personal hygiene, and a key component of that is changing your underwear frequently. In order to preserve cleanliness and avoid the buildup of bacteria and other microbes, underwear should ideally be changed every day. Sweat, dead skin cells, and other bodily secretions build up on the cloth during the day, producing a moist environment that encourages bacterial growth. This may result in offensive odors, skin sensitivity, and even infections.
Additionally, regularly washing underwear helps get rid of any possible residues of feces or urine that can contain hazardous microorganisms. By regularly changing your underwear, you encourage better hygiene and lower your risk of getting sick and feeling uncomfortable.
Long-term underwear use can have certain detrimental impacts on your health and wellbeing. First off, wearing the same underwear repeatedly can cause bacteria and fungi to grow. Sweat, dead skin cells, and other bodily secretions build up on the cloth throughout the day, resulting in a damp environment that encourages bacterial growth. This can make it more likely for you to get skin irritations, yeast infections, and urinary tract infections.
Additionally, prolonged usage of out-of-date or improperly fitting underwear can irritate and produce friction. Particularly in delicate places, friction can cause chafing, redness, and irritation in the skin. Inflammation, itching, and rashes can all be further exacerbated by irritation.
Additionally, unwashed or frequently changed underwear may contain traces of feces or urine, which can host dangerous bacteria and raise the risk of urinary and gastrointestinal diseases.
It is advised to change your underwear every day and to use breathable materials that encourage airflow and reduce moisture retention in order to maintain optimal hygiene and prevent these potential hazards.
It is generally not recommended to wear the same underwear more than once before washing. Throughout the day, underwear collects sweat, dead skin cells, and other bodily secretions, creating a favorable environment for bacterial growth. Reusing dirty underwear can result in a buildup of bacteria, raising the possibility of diseases and offensive odors. Washing and changing your underwear on a regular basis promotes good hygiene and lowers the risk of health problems.
It is advised that women change their underwear every day. Cause our bodies naturally excrete sweat and other substances throughout the day, which can collect on clothing. You can maintain comfort and freshness by changing your underwear every day. It aids in reducing the development of bacteria and the risk of infections or offensive odors. Consider it a minor act of self-care, similar to donning clean clothing or brushing your teeth. Maintaining proper hygiene is a simple step that will help you feel confident and at ease all day.
It's normally advised to change your underwear more frequently during your period. Depending on your flow, it's a good idea to change your underwear every four to eight hours. If menstrual blood is kept around for too long, it can leave stains, pain, and stench. Regular underwear changes help you stay clean, stop any leaks, and maintain good hygiene. Use feminine hygiene items, such as pads or tampons, to further safeguard your underwear and feel more self-assured while you're on your period. Keep in mind that comfort and self-care are crucial during this time.
Everyday, sometimes twice if I'm going out in the evening.
I should also add that I never have underwear on at night, unless of course it's the TOTM.
Nah dude. Don’t sleep with underwear, let the lady breathe.
Even though I have underwear I allow my penis and genital's to hang freely I only wear underwear during the winter time during the summer time I go commando. I sweat two much in my crotch area and I get a rash to avoid sweating and getting a rash in crotch area I don't wear any underwear during the warmer month's in Georgia. And on the day's I don't need to leave the house I spend the day naked at home. Like two day. :)

I dont like wearing undies, if I do then I gotta change them once or twice a day. I cannot get two days out of my undies
I change mine in the morning and evening because I love the clean feel of when your first put them on, and I like to keep my member fresh and clean incase my NSA girl wants to play with her.
I only let my NSA girl only wears underwear during her period, when going to the gym and when wearing a skirt. But sometimes we go out to eat, she's wearing a skirt and whispers in my ear "I'm not wearing any underwear 😉👱♀️". She takes my hand and uses my thick rough two fingers and eases them into her. A little while later the waiter comes over and asks "is the ma'am alright? She looks unwell as she is flushed pink and sweating..." 🤣🤣🤣💦💦💦
Wait females actually turn their underwear inside out?
Yes, not thongs but women's Calvin Klein boxer briefs

Omg that is disgusting
Turning it inside out sounds really gross.
I always change it daily. Only on holidays, when I sometimes walk around in my swimsuit all day long, I sleep in the same underwear two days when it looks and smells clean.
Lol interesting how a male is asking this question which seems to be directed at women. here's a 'not so fetish' answer. Women are more likely to be more hygienic than men. Our bodies naturally clean its self, however you'll find that even so most women do not turn their underwear inside out... thats gross.
I don’t wear undies at night or when I’m home and nobody’s home. Nor do I put deodorant on after a shower before bed. You gotta let the skin breathe. I change my panties daily and also depends on the activity that day. You gotta change more than once a day.
Unless I'm going commando, I change underwear every day. Only exception to that would be if we haven't done the laundry in a long time and I have no clean underwear... in that case, I'll pick the cleanest pair out of the hamper... only happened once.
Twice a day. I don’t like sleeping in my good underwear.
I sometimes go commando, not that often though, but when I do wear panties I change them daily. I don't wear a bra very often, but if I do that's daily also.
Everyday then free myself at night
Same.
Yay! Cool! 👏🏼🙌🏼👍🏼
