I am 174 cm male. I am now 80 kg. With 39%body masclues like iam not that mascled just few on my arms and shoulders. The most fats are belly fats and thighs fat. I am planning to loose 5 kgs or 6 would it these make a really difference in my overall body amd its shape? specially on thighs?
You should definitely see some more definition in some places if you do it right and preserve lean mass (ensure adequate protein/BCAAs and keep training while cutting). It's difficult to tell where though. Every body is a bit different in terms of how it distributes fat and where the most stubborn areas are.

I would suggest you don't focus as much on the number itself as just working towards visible results/maintaining a hsalthy lifestyle by both engaging in sports and improving your diet.

If you remove 1 from 3 the end result is 2. With that principle you should be able to know if it makes a difference or not.
