I broke my leg when i was 9. They put a cast and i was on bed for 3-4 months. Worst part was getting habituated to walk again after recovering. Because i was bed for long time with no movement in my leg because it was in a cast. My leg muscles were habituated to be in rest they forgot how to walk my first step after removing the cast i couldn't put weight on the leg, couldn't fold it. It took 1-2 weeks of small steps and leg excercises to take normally walk again. Running and jumping took a month.

I fractured my ankle in the 4th grade, didn't have a way to contact my parents so I had to walk home on it. Then my parents made me use crutches for about 3 weeks before finally taking me to the doctor to get an x-ray and cast. I wasn't very good with crutches, so I would constantly trip slamming my broken ankle into the ground.
I’ve never broken a bone in my body. My sister has when a 4wheeler rammed into her legs as she was sitting on the back of a golf cart. I remember us taking her to the emergency room and her leg was jiggly and loose. But I never experienced breaking a bone. What can I say I guess I’m super human lol 😂
Broke a toe and cracked a rib. The toe running around the house to fast and hitting my weights lol. The rib was from a fall while trail running. Many injuries from my dancing days.

a cast won't stop the hurt xD just saying. i had my underarm broken. radius and ulna (both bones in it). looked like that scene from harry potter. i think i'm one of the very few people on this planet who touched their elbow of one arm with the hand of the same arm.
I have 43 improperly set breaks from a extremely abusive childhood
Yeah, a few. I broke my wrist and dislocated my thumb in a bike accident. I've had my nose broken boxing. I also got cracked ribs from sparring muay thai and taking a hard knee.
I did: my brother's nose.
He looks better now, but still not perfect. I guess, I'll try again.Been lucky to only break a small toe especially for what I do. My dad broke his leg on his 50th birthday dirt biking with me.
Yes. I was struck down by a vehicle crossing the street when I was 6.
I've broken every limb at least twice as well as both wrists, but I've never broken a bone without receiving a cast for it.
Fracture on back bone is very pain full through out the recovery period. Our body is fully depend upon the back bone support. whoever suffering from such condition get well soon and always have cross checking with doctors.
If there's no cast you fractured it, didn't break it. Take it from someone who *did* break their shoulder, was in a cast, and the damn thing still isn't 100% 15 years later.
I Broke one of my knee cartilage when I feel down on my knees running didn't know it was broken and kept on running.
I've never broken a bone... I've fallen off a roof, down the stairs multiple times and been flung off my bike.
I don't know if I have strong bones or I'm just really lucky.Luckily, I've never had a broken bone, even though I do full contact sports.😊
How did you broke your shoulder?Typically in the US that break would have a steel plate bolted to it so you wouldn't need a cast.
I've broken my fists and knee (during power training).
Ouch. I hope you feel better. Luckily I've never broken a bone. But i have torn ligaments in my right ankle.
fractured collarbone & a torn labrum both on the same arm
the worst part about breaking your collarbone is that it can't get a castYes , my right arm and my left leg.
