We all have something we do even though we know it's not good for us. And even though we know we know we shouldn't do, it can be very hard to break bad habits. Mine would be smoking cigarettes. I know it's a bad habit and bad for my health, but it's hard to quit because 1- it's my stress reliever and 2- I fear gaining weight if I quit like so many seem to do. What's yours🤔
