It really depends on the size of the arms and how much flab in relation to their body size. For the most part, it's not a huge deal... however when some of the people have fat arms roughly the size of my legs (We're talking like they're walking around with inflatable water wings on)... then that's a huge turnoff.
You'd have to be a pretty surface person to stop liking someone just because of that. If you have not much to offer apart from surface level things you might attract those kind of people. Be valuable, add value and nobody's gonna care. And exercise?

It's a turn off when I see mine. i don't weigh that much and some of it is age but really i need to pick up some weights.
