I think that would depend on the specific person's body composition and the time frame between eating. Because depending on how many calories you have stored away, you could last longer than someone who doesn't have as many as you.

It may be a difficult option, but it's almost always an option. Healthy food like fruits and vegetables and lean meat may be a little more expensive, but they're not that much more expensive than cheap unhealthy junk food that's high in fat and sugar. If you need to travel a little farther to a different grocery store, then take that option. Eating "nothing" is also not a good option-- if weight is a concern, people should eat less, not eat nothing.

No, it’s better to eat something rather than nothing. If you eat nothing, before starving to death, your gastric juices will have a field day with your stomach tissue. Other than that, while unhealthy, junk food can have some nutritional value. Not a whole lot, but better than eating air.

Depends on fat and energy storage, I suppose. If you don't storage enaugh fat or energy, it's better to eat junk food. If you storage a lot of fat and energy, then it's better to fast and use that storage until there's not much storage and then eat to get fat and energy again.

Well if you plan to exercise I think it's better to eat something. Even if it is like a candy bar or a donut.
