When you are in a close, personal relationship, and you have had sex?
Definitely not! I would, I have, and assume she might stay overnight, and sometimes, well, you ladies know, it happens and. . .
If I like her, I want her to be comfortable, and I would want to know what she uses, and have some, when she stays over, just in case!!!
It's not a big deal, and just something for her comfort. Doesn't every guy care enough, to do that?
It depends on the relationship. If I walked up to a random woman in the street, I would have gotten a slap in the best case. If she is a friend, then I think it should be done carefully. It is much better than lifting her skirt daily for a month to see if the pad is visible.
I think its not rude, just uncomfortable for both parties.
It depends on context.
If a close female friend asked me, it's not rude.
If a random guy I'd never met asked, it would be rude.
It's weird if you're just asking that.
I've asked that before but it was to my friends and it was because I needed one.

It’s rude to ask questions that are too personal, and this definitely has the potential to be too personal. But context is everything. If she sleeps over after sex, wakes up the next morning having started her period, and asks me to run to the store and get her something, then no, it’s not rude.
It's not rude. Some female colleagues talked about it openly and were not uncomfortable about telling what they used, even with me as a male present. Of course I wouldn't just randomly ask it, that would be inappropriate, although not rude.
It's weird for a guy to ask unless she's asked him to buy them for her and he's trying to get the right thing. I don't care if girls ask me.
usually when I'm in this scenario I'm literally en route to the store, because I'm pretty lost when it comes to these things
I mean... in what context? Like a stranger asking that would be really forward, but if it's someone you're close to then it's not as big a deal
No these conversations shouldn't have any negative connotations to them. I always carry tampons and pads on me in case me or someone else needs them.
Yes, especially if that question is asked by a guy. That's truly none of his business.
Why would you ask that, unless it was brought up in conversation among girls asking what they find works best or if the guy has to know what to buy when he goes into the store.
It depends on the situation, but usually, I wouldn't find it rude.
Weird to ask randomly. Wouldn't have a problem answering as I don't use either
No don't see how it'd be rude, just don't press for an answer if she doesn't want to answer
If you are about to have sex, it might be nice to know if something needs to be removed.
Tampons cause vaginal dryness, so you might need to add some lube.
Probably not appropriate in most cases. Although I do know a lady who posts on social media what she uses. I don't know why... LOL
I think I ask that sometimes when in relationship. Usually its because I'm buying them lol.
Not rude. But I think, it's quite a pointless question.
It's also rude to ask a man if he uses pads or tampons
I assume most women past the age of 16 use tampons.
It's just unnecessary but it doesn't mean rude. That's just like asking a man what cream he use for shaving.
Unless she is asking you to get them for her, yes it is rude.
As long as she doesn't stain my sheets, I don't care.
