Pads are far more healthy. Tampons have dioxin in them and that's why they are white and dioxin is a carcinogenic - causes cancer. The pads are white too, but they don't go up inside of you for days!
You just have to change pads often to prevent an order.

I have always worn them. Pads smell bad and I am not going to sit on my blood!
