Is there any method in changing eye color that doesn't involve eating garlic and honey?

The sun changes your eye color, it make sit a little darker. Sometimes not noticeable, but it does happen. Most of the time it happens during summer when the sun is the brightest. The eye color changes to protect your iris from the uv waves. This is the main goal of your eye color in the first place.

So in other words I need to quickly glance at the sun several times ok I'll do it when I can. This will be super easy barley an inconvenience

I wouldn't recommend looking into the sun, that can damage you're eyes. That spot you see after looking into the sun, it's the back of your eye literally being burning a little. The changing of the eye colors by the sun happens naturally over a period of time. Not really by looking into the sun every now and then. Please don't damage your eyes.

I've done it before closed and open. It's easier closed. I see all kinds of colors.

Seriously, dude- eye color is a result of (basically) melanin, the same as skin color. Why would eating something change it?
