Have you taken adderall, ritalin, or vyvanse?

My doctor wants to prescribe some meds to help out with ADHD/ADD as an adult. I told him I want the most effective, less expensive, and less side effects. In y’all’s opinion which one would work best for me, by y’all experience?

I've tried ritalin, concerta and elvanse they didn't really help me I don't take it anymore I was misdiagnosed with adhd but I have autism. I think the right one for you just depends on how your brain handles each one of them you just have to try them out and see which one works the best. I probably wouldn't take adderall because it's more closely related to cocaine/meth. It'll make you function better in the short term but long term you'll probably have problems. But ritalin or the other variants of it can help.

I take adderall and I have since 5th grade. It's improved my grades, helps me stay awake, and just be more interested in things. Main issues are that my appetite is small to the point I can eat one meal that day and be fine, and I become zombified a bit which affects my social life.

I've taken them recreationally, I was in a weird place for a while. I was hanging out with this stripper, snorting vyvanse and shit. I'm all done with that shit now.

I take Vyvanse, it's super ineffective but it's all my insurance would cover.
