It was similar to what you’ve shown on the pic except it was my thighs that got sunburned lol it was so bad I couldn’t put even shorts on for a week 😂😂 any contact with fabric was so painful, I was getting chills and all.. if you like your eggs soft I could’ve gotten that done for you 😂😂😂😂
Yes!! I'm wearing loose fabrica
Aloe is helping a lot! Didn't think about yogurt! The pain is subsiding.
I think my face is worse. I did a mud mask (store bought) and I think it made my face raw and then sun exposure was worse.
It’s good that it’s getting better. And yep aloe is a game changer, but some yogurt right out the fridge would do wonders to your face especially if it feels hot to the touch, aloe will only make it feel tighter. Mud masks normally exfoliate and dry out the skin so I’d imagine it made it worse..
When I went to a nudist beach years ago for vacation. Ow. Looked like a twice boiled lobster.

I got some sunburns when I was younger but nothing real terrible. I pretty much never burn as I've gotten quite tan from being outdoors. I have natural pure platinum blonde (almost white) very shiny hair longer than I am tall and very bright very light blue eyes. It's kind of funny how even the blondest bluest eyed blondes tend to tan quite well and redheads seem completely unable to tan. Especially since blonde hair is lighter than red. Blonde hair is 7-12 on the color scale with 1 being darkest (which would be jet black) and 12 being lightest (pure platinum blonde) and red is 3-7. My hair is very much 12/12 which is the very lightest. Redheads also tend to have darker eyes usually green or brown. While blondes usually have blue sometimes green and natural platinum blondes almost always very bright very light blue eyes. Yet redheads pretty much always have type 1 skin fit those familiar with that scale and burn bad and can't tan while blondes including platinum blondes tan quite well. My skin was probably type 2 when young and now type 3.
I was wearing a romper and was outside from sun up to sun down wearing this thing ! I was burnt so badly wearing it that I had one painful time pulling this romper down just so I could go to the bathroom ! then my nephew comes into the front room , jumps on my lap and I scream like some one stomped on my foot ! my brother in law yells - sunburn - ! then my nieces and nephew come up to me and help me remove all the dead skin I had on me do to this - sunburn - ! I am light complected ( caucasian ) and can not get a tan ! all I do is burn and peel ! I was at this car dealership and my brothers were outside ! I am sitting in this waiting area too ! this woman who was the secretary there says to me - you look like a little china doll sitting ( I was getting over heated too ) - ! for I am so white to do being caucasian ! thanks

Yikes!!! That's awful!! Do you have scarring from it?
Omg that looks really bad and I know that must be really painful... Worst I got was at a lake for hours, kept telling my friend I was ready to leave because I knew I was getting burnt, but you can't always tell in direct sunlight... Minute we went to the restroom area, my skin was almost as bad as in your pic... I could barely stand to wear clothes it hurt so bad...
Hurts like something else. Ice packs, aloe, and motrin have helped.
Yes, I know what you mean being at the lake. The moment you feel it, it's usually bad already!
Yeah, I'm not feeling the clothing right now!
I bet...
Do you play? I need to sign you up for my 5 a side team... but getting back on topic the worst sun burn I ever got was on a school trip to Greece as an 11 year old... it's also the answer to what was the first nightclub you ever visited... Greece in those days weren't big fans of rules!
I play but just for fun. There's not adult league in my area!
How long were you outside that day?
About 12 hours! It was an innocent time where teachers weren't held responsibility for there actions! lol... About 24 hours after this I have an Ouzo story! Where a couple of the teachers brought pupils drinks because there parents had signed a disclaimer allowing them to drink alcohol on a school trip! (it was meant as an excuse for a sixth form pupil (17/18 years of age to have a glass of wine with there meal) but was taken advantage of by a couple of teachers who rthought they'd earn some cool points.
Oh wow!! What is the legal drinking age?
Ouch! For me, it was going whitewater rafting and I decided not to sunscreen because it was an overcast day. I had to go to sleep covered in aloe and had to keep turning because if I sat in one place for too long, it would be too painful.
Man that had to hurt, I know!
Yes, the day started out as overcast, chilly, and rainy. Then the clouds opened up and hours later, this was the result.
I got burnt so dark on my shoulders, I was wearing a red shirt and it was darker red than that (I'm white)! It hurt so bad to wear clothing or even move my shoulders. That same day my friend sunburnt her thigh so bad she had to go to the doctors and was prescribed burn cream
I had sunstroke from being on a boat for 10hours in 32c my whole face ended up peeling It normally just tans.
Youch! I have a feeling I'm going to peel.
Sunstroke is bad! Did you have fever?
I like a little sunburn on the face but I always wear sunblock. My great grandfather died from skin cancer so my dad was always really serious about it.
I've only gotten a sunburn on my nose a couple times. I don't burn easily.
Lucky!! Lol I don't usually. This was random!
I was 9, holiday in spain (gran canary islands)
When I touched my back, it sounded like breaking chips...
~70% of my body skin was suddenly dark brown (while im a pale snowflake)
Woke up at night at that time in like 2 bags of skinchips...
Doc said that I can't get into sun for 6 years... over 20 years ago... yeah, I still do not sunbathing
You don't wanna know some I've had lol. I've had HUGE blisters I've had them so bad. I mean HUGE ones. Really bad. This was when I was a kid, none quite that bad since, but I wish I had pictures lol.
OUCH. When I was younger I used a tanning bed and got sunburned on my penis tip
Oh mannnnnn. Ouch!!!
It hurt like a urinary tract infection. Very sharp pains. After that I put a sock on it and that protected it
I went to the beach in a two piece and my stomach and shoulders got sun burned ( it wasn't that bad tho )
Skiing high in New Mexico in bright sunshine without goggles or sunscreen. Second degree sunburn. It peeled and scabbed.
Had two bad sunburns in my life, one as a young child which gave me a fever and the other as a teenager which lasted for a few days and it hurt like hell for skin to touch.
In a beach once... didn't even realize till i went in
The worst was when my face started to peel, forgot to put on sunscreen! 😬
As a brown girl... seriously I don't know when I get sunburn☹️☹️
On a beach in Spain. Very much underestomated the strength of the sun, spent a lot of time at the beach bar chatting and laughing with friends. Next day my ears were blistering, was very unpleasent
I never got sunburned as I can't stay in heat long. Makes me feel sick.
Like that to where it formed tiny fluid filled blisters.
long story short: beach day> summer> 5+ hours with no sun screen> upper half of my body was peeling for a week> sleeping with a blanket was a pain> always felt hot (temperature-wise)
You should have seen the one I got at Ocean City in 2013.
probly at a beach... on the back of my legs... they burned for days after it was done
I may be a white man, but with my mediterranean blood line. I never burn. I just tan and its a rich dark tan
My forearms seem to be permanently sun burned. I spent all my childhood in the blazing sun.
Like one day I went to the cricket for the afternoon and I forgot the sun cream. Big mistake.
i got one on my shoulder and back that was really bad way back in the early 2000's
Once I had my sleeves folded up
That made half of my arm red
It was funny. Like I was having some gloves.
For me it was about a year ago, i was light brown when we went to white waters and after wards i became dark brown
I've been sunburn so bad on the back, on time, that I spent the night with a bucket of iced water and a wash glove to cool me down
Ouch! Haven't been that badly sunburned since i was a teenager getting $5/hr to bale hay all day
SUCH SKIN BURNS CAN CAUSE SKIN CANCERS, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!!
Damn sun grilled you like a chicken lol, well I had the worst in my Spain trip.
Ouch, that looks really bad.
Did this tournament took place in a desert? What was the temperature?
I don't think I ever got sunburns
I’ve had 2nd degree sunburn.
Ouch!! Where were you when you got it?
I always burn worse at the beach but this one is something else.
Florida. It was miserable.
I don't burn I just get darker
Nice! Do you use sunscreen at all?
No never most black people don't we don't burn we just get darker
Ah, ok! Gotcha.
Well when I first turned my skin feel off was horrific actually
Luckily I just tan
That's awesome!!
Yea it is
It was so bad the skin peeled off my arms & back.
ow i only ever had a mild sunburn on my shoulders
Don't do it. Get tanned enough through work...
When I was a kid at the beach
Crispy... Rub aloe gel all over your body.
Fell asleep at the beach for 4 hours 😂
on my back last year from swimming
Thats why I don't go outside
Smart thinking 🤔
Never had sunburns.
omg that's awful 😢
Hurts so bad
Do you have anything for it
Ice packs, shit ton of aloe, and motrin. I think it's especially painful on my face because I did a mud mask the night before I got this burn.
Good, glad you have stuff xoxo
Ahahahaha
don't know
