Have you ever got sunburnt? If so has it changed your attitude towards sunscreen? Do you use Sunscreen during sun exposure now after that experience?

I would die from a heatstroke before I get sunburnt.

As a Young boy, I literally Spend All afternoon playing in the Sun in 35°-40° Celcius, that is 95 - 105° Fahrenheit.

I didn't even wear Shoes of Slippers, I was Barefoot and Hot concrete Road, Playing Cricket 🏏. And we Drank water from Fountain (Public Handpump) , not purified water.🤭. We Pulled I directly from under the ground. No filter , nothing.

Sometimes I Wonder how the Fuck am I still alive..

Today it was 42° Celcius/ 107° Fahrenheit, in my Town. It's just uncomfortable, nothing more. While I do see people like, "Dying" . While the only difference I have is I am sweating more.. and drinking around 10 Litres of Purified Water daily!.

I went to Florida one time when I was in high school. I spent way too much time in the sun and got really sunburned. When I got back everyone asked me what happened to my face. I told them I went to Florida and got sunburned. Nobody believed I went to Florida so I told them the gas tank on my motorcycle blew up/.
I always use sunscreen and most of the time wear a t shirt at the beach,

I've always used dome sun screen on my neck and forehead most of my polo shirts I wear have a UV 30 to 40 rating

That's very good to know. I use a 50+ factor always because I have extremely fair skin and I don't like to get burnt.
