5ft and i am nearly 2 stone overweight based on BMI. But BMI is outdated and doesn't consider muscle mass which is heavier than fat. So im unsure if i am fat or not like aesthetically. Medically based on bmi i would be

I honestly don't know about that. You'll have to find the right one for you. Search for the ones for women. I believe you want it to target the belly so probs most are for that region.

I guess the fat burners work for that too. I guess cardio and a strict diet should do that trick. I'd take fat burners too if i were you.
