Fluctuating hormones as your body changes and matures. As overrated as it may sound, a balanced diet and workout routine can contribute to regular periods. You could also consult with your doctor about a birth control that may help regulate. While I don't personally believe in that course of action, many women find it benefits them greatly to choose such a route. I encourage you reach out to your doctor, as well as do your own research on the internet. Both are excellent sources of information in order to learn about your body.
