I usually just toss and turn. I have a problem shutting down my brain. I'll be exhausted and falling asleep but as soon as I put my head on the pillow my mind starts thinking about random things.

I rarely have that problem but when I do I eat a huge meal. I think they call it the "Midnight Snack Attack." In any case, I'm full and it makes me tired.
