If you really want to sleep, don't be on G@G and your phone taking pics, posting questions, etc. That's stimulation, which will prevent you from sleeping. Lights, sounds, especially lights from phones, computers, televisions.

When I want to sleep, I turn off everything, put on a blindfold, put in earplugs, take 1mg-3mg of melatonin, and lay still. I have sometimes laid there unable to sleep for 2-3 hours, but usually I will fall asleep and even if I lay there for 2-3 hours, I am still resting.

The lighting is cool, but I would turn it off if I wanted to sleep. The pjs look silky, which is one of my favorite styles because they are soft to touch and fun to run my hands across. But that again leads to not sleeping. Unless it leads to sex, then after that sleep could come easier; but you have to put in some effort first.

I do like your lighting. I played with my room lighting when I had shore duty in the Navy. Helps to make the room a bit more personal. I could only use it part time as I had a room mate.

Blue light is the worst light you can have in your bedroom at night. It prevents you from sleeping properly. This is why you need to turn off the TV completely or any other source of blue light.
