How come US companies came up with a superior vaccine to other countries? For example, the Astros Anica one only has an 82% efficacy right but we have two that have a 95%.

the data changes almost weekly and it’s a bit like comparing apples to banana. You also never named the one that has 95% and how many have been injected with it. Facts are the name of the game. Also if it’s 99% but costs £90 per injection it would not be viable

it’s a numbers game and also, different types of science is used for various jabs..

So the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was developed in Netherlands by a Dutch firm, Pfizer was developed by a German firm and AstraZeneca by Oxford University.
