Who out there has experience this with out paying for it?

Last night I had an experience that I hope to never repeat. If your a troll you can f off right now. I suffer from chronic migraines and depression with more than a sprinkle of M. S. ... Not being a cry cry but it is exactly what it is. I blacked out at home out of my bloody mind with only a small amount of thc in the form of a gummy. No other drugs in my system at all. I have the report. I was taken in a wambulance to the local emergency room where I was less than an appropriate human being. I have the questions Why and How still going through my head. I don't drink I don't do the "hard core" drugs and use thc gummies sparingly. If any of you out there have experience in this matter your input will mean a great deal to me. If your a troll I am sure you can see my middle finger and feel the sting of Copenhagen in your eye.

I think the gummy had a really high THC content and you didn't know that until later. That is part of the problem with edibles - you can't control the dosing because of the delayed effect. I prefer smoking for that reason.

I have been eating them for the better part of 2 years. They have never done anything like that. I don't like smoking any thing because of the smell sticking to me and I can't get it off for three days.

What did the doctor tell you in the ER? How long have you been using gummies? Do you get the gummies from a reliable source?

The doc said that was the cause of it. I buy the gummies from a local dispensary and they are a commercial made type gummy. The bags are hell to get open and the whole bag only has 100 mg of thc. Living where I do with my flat mates they know how I act when I have had a few. I am just happy go lucky. That night I was not happy or lucky. I don't remember anything about the ambulance ride or anything else. I wake up with a bruise from the iv and heart rate sticky pads stuck to me on top of the that I had the leads still on the sticky pads. They gave me enough tranquilizers to subdue a hippo but they worked well for the bull.

It sounded like you had a bad reaction from them. You really need to get professional help for this. It would be bad if you had a heart attack or something.

Gummies are notorious for having higher concentrations of THC. Since you are an occasional user your endocannabinoid system has not built up a tolerance. Also you are likely what the medical community refers to as a "lightweight", don't be offended. My husband is 6' 2" and 260 and he is a lightweight. It simply means that you need less of a medication to do the trick. Perhaps maybe halfing the gummy next time.

I have been on hydrocodone 10/325 for the last 14 years because of chronic migraines. I do have other meds that go with it. Your bottle of advil is my bottle of meds. They have lost their potency. So I have been doing more gummies than them. But I have been eating them since rec THC was legal in Colorado.
