At your age your breasts can still change a lot. Trying to reduce to a certain size could be a problem when they change after the surgery. It would be best to wait until at least 18, when you are less likely to change much after that. And then you should consider that sometimes breast reductions interfere with breast feeding.

Why would you ever want to a reduction at your age? You are still growing and may regret it in the future! I mean ita totally up to you but if the reason is back pain i would personally just exercise and strength your core muscles it would be healthier and a lot more cheaper than getting surgery and mutilating your body imho.

To start with, just how big is big, and secondly having had a reduction done myself, I know first hand that you will not be able to get that kind of surgery until you have finished growing/developing, which surgeons normally consider to be around 20 to 21 years of age.

Oh how I feel for you, for at your age I was already spilling out of my F cup bras and looking to get either FF or G cup ones, life certainly can be so cruel at times.
I do advise you to try and get the very best supportive and comfortable bras you can, especially if you start suffering with back, neck and shoulder pain, and if and when you do (which I sincerely hope you don't) that's the time to start talking to your Doctor/GP.

Give your body some more time to grow then at the age of 21 or 25 you can seek out a consultation from your Doctor to discuss your concern then they’ll recommend a breast reduction if necessary.

34E is a small size when correctly fitted. Have you ever used the abrathatfits calculator? I would recommend it, a well fitting bra will make a huge difference!

That's not necessary you'll find out when you get older men love big breasts. If you want to play sports they have outstanding sports bras nowadays to protect your breasts and hold them in tight
