I don’t work out and suck at arm wrestling, so probably weaker
I can curl 20, bench 40 and squat 170-175 (working on it).
5'5" & 145lbs

I can curl 20, and press 60 for 12 reps if I'm fresh lol. I don't know how much I can squat, Im limited to my home gym but I can squat 120 for about 20 reps which is probably useless to compare 😂😭.

Curl 20, bench press 50-60, and squat about 150. Also I can dead lift 125.
about a year. I still have a ways to go lol
get my bench press up to 100 and my squat to 250. and i do a lot of cardio to. rn i can run 3 miles on a dead run before i have to stop i hope to get that up to 5 miles.
