Any of a number of things can cause the change in bowel habits.
Eating spoiled food; eating a lot of berries or a sudden extra wedge of watermelon; eating prunes and/or plums; eating cherries; eating foods made with Olean/Olestra (oil substitute); suddenly starting to eat a lot of high-fiber foods; a sudden change in the gut flora; suddenly stopping the consumption of chocolate; early stage pregnancy; starting "morning runs" (no pun intended); drinking too much of those strange "energy waters" just before bedtime; etc.
Since I am "only a Massage Therapist", I cannot give a diagnosis, so I will let your doctor handle that for you. Just be sure to get plenty of plain water to avoid dehydration while you and your doc try to figure out what is happening.

you had a blockage
you still have a blockage but working around it.
something you had did not agree with you and you had this digesting and then sluice gates opened.
I get it if eat a lot of things like peaches.
There are a lot of factors that can cause this. Diet, stress, bicrobe biome health. But what is for sure is that you shouldn't have this problem for so long. You need to schedule an appointment to meet with a doctor. They may have you follow up with a gastroenterologist. You may have some form of ibs.
Drink some strong coffee, helps me. Maybe you should see a doctor, some people get diarrhea due to viruses.

I don't know in these days could be many many things. Including Covid, might I suggest talking with a doctor and not fell GAGs for medical advice? That pic makes shits look cute as fick tho damn. If you poop like that you could be bankin on Only fans and never have to show anything. Take advantage of your current diarrhea situation I say and set up a tripod lol you're weekly millions with start pouring faster than poop out your ass. Partially joking of course but seriously.
What you should start doing is take over the counter medication to give you bulk like
Metamucil and this could stop the diarrhea and regulate your bowels also you may want to eat yogurt that helps the gut, you want a yogurt that has live cultures in it like Greek Yogurt also I've heard women get diarrhea due to having a menstrual cycle you may not be eating enough foods with bulk in ityou could be clogged up and need a cleaning, so your body is doing it in that way or u might have stomach bug, cuz that happened to my grandma

I've had the same issue off and on over the past few weeks. I think mine has primarily been from sinus drainage though. If you add the fatigue I've had as well it makes me wonder if I'm a covid long hauler.
