It's been over a year since Covid started. How do you feel about it now?

The entire thing has been a massive massive overreaction , to say I'm sick of it is an understatement , its been over 18 months here ( Thailand ) , and first we said " Nothing to see here , we dont have it " ( we always did have it ) , but very little testing and basically zero deaths , so it didn't matter , people really believed " Its not here " , I used to argue F ing oath its here , then gradually they were forced into more testing , and " Ohh we do have some " , started counting cases ( utter utter bs ) , and then , we have it , Ohhh we have more of it , Ohhh sht we have lots of it. Well , seriously I could have told you that , then people blame on " Delta " but they have zero understanding of what that means , they tend to think there is this big black cloud over left ( Corona ) , then there is flu and colds , no one seems to get it all bluurrs.
So ow my pool is closed , an 80 m pool , that never has more than 4 people in it , the gym is closed , shopping centres are 10 % of normal , none of this stuff assists , and here , they love masks in normal times , not sure masks will leave in my lifetime.
So where are we now? So cases are massive , thats not going to change , so the absolute only way forward , if you wish to travel ( which I certainly do ) , I need to go to Denmark , Sweden , and Australia , is vaccination , and super high percentages of vax , we were a bit slow on roll out , I have one further jab to go.
Now , had the world followed Sweden , we loose a few more on the cusp initially , but more lives would have been saved , everything would be open , nothing mandatory , and overall less people would have died , the best form of defense is always , an up to date functional immune , you do not achieve this with lockdowns.
No Country ( except maybe Sweden ) followed the updated Matrix , after initial Sarz , that is out and out crazy stuff , WHO , well they basically just praised everyone. There must never , ever , be actions like this again. Its a VIRUS , you must live with it.
I'm massive pro vaccination , and passport vaccination , which is already occurring.
It's a pain in the neck, and what's worse is the fact that so many people see vaccination as a political issue and not a social-health one. It's about stemming the tide of an illness that disrupts normal society and normal human contact!
Being able to go to work, shop, have dinner parties, see a movie, have a restaurant meal, go to school, SEE PEOPLE's FACES!!!
We might have this pandemic under control and on the way out if people would simply FOLLOW THE SCIENCE OF PROTECTION they received as children going to the pediatrician's office for their childhood vaccinations.
It's the same science as having yearly flu shots. I might've had the flu three times in the past 30 years since I started getting the vaccine. I haven't missed work, haven't been bedridden, haven't felt like shit for a week.
BUT, COVID IS A DIFFERENT ANIMAL. IT's INVISIBLE and its effects are ALSO INVISIBLE:
People who get Covid stay home with it. If they can't taste or smell anything, that doesn't affect ME. If they end up in the hospital, I DON'T SEE THEM.
If they're on a ventilator: I don't know about it. It's SOMEBODY ELSE's PROBLEM.
Covid doesn't physically cripple children and kill adults like polio did. They aren't bedridden and dead in a few months. It doesn't kill people outright like smallpox did or render the survivors deeply, facially scarred for life. It doesn't liquify the lungs and destroy the body like tuberculosis does. It has no bloody cough that advertises you're on death's door.
And, we don't know all the negative, longterm affects of Covid, so the young and the cavalier ignore it. Only a small percentage of Covid sufferers get the longhaul illness that won't go away for six, eight 10 months; leads to permanent fatigue, brain fog; prevents the sufferers from doing anything normal.
There is the infant Covid syndrome brought to the children by, of all things, infected adults! That's been killing toddlers and younger children. But again, the ones who recover: what's their prognosis? Unknown.
It is stunning that with an illness that so little is known about people can't exercise caution. "Covid exhaustion?" Covid isn't a bad soap opera or a boring sport. It's something to protect against with reasonable methods: unless you're immunocompromised, get the vaccine before MORE variants show up that will DEFEAT the current vaccine. Wear your mask, two if needs be. Keep your distance from people you don't know.
The new thing? People will lie about their Covid-vaccine status. Fake Covid shot records will be sold so the unvaccinated can remain unvaccinated and get into jobs and places that now are requiring proof of vaccination.
The best thing: workplaces are requiring vaccination to stay employed. It is the ONLY thing that anti vaxxers said would make them get vaccinated. The lawsuits have stopped. I don't even think there should be religious exemptions. People will lie about anything to get their way. Make it required to go to school and work. Might be the only way we can stem this tide of sickness and our hospitals being overrun with thousands of cases.
Tbh, the world could stay in semi lockdown like this for another year or so. I finally succeeded to get my shit together during the many months the world was panicking and going down the drain. It was like finally everyone stopped and I could catch up.
I feel great actually. I lost so much weight, started walking 10km on a daily basis, had a complete makeover, got a decent paying easy job and a nice appartement, finally paid off all my student loans, bought myself every electrical home appliance I ever wanted, got engaged to my boyfriend, finally got my driver's license and am saving to buy my own car. Given that I live in a big city with excellent public transportation, I never needed to drive but since my work place is located in a neighboring city, I don't mind not taking the train anymore.
I lost an uncle to Covid a few weeks ago though, so that was very sad and generally I don't like people dying but all in all I achieved more in this short amount of time than I had in the last 30 years!
They dragged me out of my house without a reason or any paperwork, knocked me out with drugs, locked me up for almost a month without a trial, made me lose my job, and denied me unemployment even after I got approved.
It's selfish shits like you who are too absorbed in your own thoughts to look around you that let this happen to the people who have been speaking out for freedom all along.
You are next. You just don't know it because you live in lala land.
No, it can't stay like this for another year. There will be a revolution if this goes on much longer.
Did you ever stop to think about why they want everyone to stay inside, hide their faces and started banning anyone who didn't support the governments bs off the internet?
Or, do you literally only think about you?
They funded the Chinese lab that made the virus. Probably not a coincidence.
Your uncle died, free speech is gone, thousands of people lost their jobs and homes and buisneses,
But some Anon started walking... As if she was somehow unable to do that before...
So yeah, let's do it for another year. 🤦🏼♂️🤮
Y'all make me sicker than covid ever could and that's not an exaggeration.
@Lost_in_the_Woods I literally don't care about you conspiracy theorist.
Besides, it's not like anyone was caring about me before covid, when I was suffering from depression and unemployment. Why should I now care about those who didn't give a shit about people like me, partying like there was no tomorrow, spending money like it was growing on trees?
If anything, I was the victim for decades. Why should I feel bad for the majority of dumb people, who couldn't get their shit together? It's been 16 months already!
i’m tired of it i flew every week during it and never caught it luckily lol but don’t get me wrong it’s very real and i’ve seen it first hand on how bad it could be. what i am tired of is the politics of it and the fact our leaders can’t just admit “hey, we don’t know, but we’re trying things some may work some may not.” 😂 i think honestly will help most people with their submission to their suggestions on combating this virus. other than that i don’t really give it any mind as long as we have passed the overwhelming of hospitals/ not having enough supplies etc. part then we’re go now let people make their own decisions and deal with the consequences of that.
didn’t mean to rant lol my bad great question have a great day ❤️

Honestly I enjoyed it for the first 4-6 months where the lockdowns gave me an opportunity to rest and relax and travel less. I was in Australia till December and I didn’t find it too bad since I had no problem with wearing a mask and social distancing. It all changed for me when I decided to travel back home to visit my family and ex-fiancé (who cheated and dumped me). What should have been a two month vacation has been turned into an 8 month nightmare and counting. I expected Australia to open their bored by March 2021 for students like they had implied. But now they are not opened yet and do not have a definite on which they will open them. As a result my life has been turned upside down. One small stupid decision to travel during COVID has cost me 8 months of my life and I don’t know how much more. 2021 is officially the worst year of my life.
Lol! So much for 2021 being great. Sorry that I get a kick out of this. I actually think the whole thing is supremely fucked up
yeah it’s been hell and frankly I do not see the light at the end of the tunnel! LOL
Indifferent. I don't even pay attention. If a shop or restaurant says I have to mask up, I just walk next door and spend my money at indifferent places. If you want to mask up, that's on you.
Any talk of anymore lock downs would be ignored in my area. No one is worried about virus like they did a year ago. It's all been a big waste of money and country just to make some nervous scaredy cats who fear death so much, they hide from life. And would likely do other much deadly things than ever Covid could cause.
Personally, I am not highly concerned over the virus itself, as I have had it in Feb 20, and have been around Covid infected since and am doing just peachy. I am concerned however about the Vaxxx onslaught and the bullying being instigated by the MSM and the wizard behind the curtain pushing the jab. The whole political movement is disturbing and could potentially be a move to enslavement. I feel recklessness in the air being instigated by panic programming by those in power. I sense millions of gullible people jumping on a needle without even testing for their natural anti-bodies in a panicked state. I see manipulation by panic being delved out on a grand scale to achieve some nefarious end. I question all that I once accepted as fact, as a result. I feel that Covid is more of an induced mental disorder now, than it is physical threat. I have entered into a b&w Twilight Zone episode, “Covid.”
Feb 2020
At this point I’m convinced “they” are trying to literally create a controlled collapse of our economy and society. The death rate is overall very low, and vaccines are available. There is no reason for additional restrictions, especially with the country on the precipice.
I’m getting tired of hearing people parrot the phrase “it’s all about control.” It’s a serious disease with potentially fatal consequences and there are a lot of people who just want to blow it off like it doesn’t exist - that’s why we’re still in this mess. I’ve buried or cremated a lot of people who’ve died from it, and an almost equal amount of people who died with it but not necessarily from it. I’m not going to take it lightly.
i don't know how people can downvote this.
by the way i want to point out this person IS an undertaker! she would know better than most how deadly this disease is
@Still-alive. I don’t get the downvote thing either but for me it’s validation.
Because you are brainless and selfish.
Millions of people lost their homes and jobs and lives for no reason. Old people die, and they have the choice to stay home if they want to.
My grandmother was the mayor of her town, she would have been absolutely disgusted to see how they threw millions of young people under the bus to save selfish bats who never cared about anyone but themselves in the first place.
Covid has shown me that 99% of people only care about themselves. You don't care about the greater good, you care about what effects you and you'll let a million people die so that you can feel good, not get a cold, and cross your fingers that your 80 year old grandmother lives forever.
Then you sit there and say "the fact that most people disagree is so validating"
Leftists make me sicker than Covid ever could and that's not an exaggeration. 🤮
Imagine a virus that only kills people who are fat or really old, and they somehow turn it around to only hurt young people who work hard.
If there is a god, I understand why he isn't here.
@Lost_in_the_Woods wow get over yourself dude
Lol, thanks. You saying that to me literally made me smile and cheered me up a lot.
The 37 year old who poses as an old wise man minus the wisdom and thinks he's a genius when he isn't even close,
Wants me to get over myself for talking about how lockdowns and censorship hurt more hard working young people than Covid could ever have hurt far old people.
Trust me, I've been over myself. It's people like you who make me realize that I should have put myself first all along.
Most people are selfish. I have an IQ higher than 99.9% of people in America. I have the chance to actually get somewhere. I'd rather we make things better for everyone but, most people will throw anyone under a bus to stop themselves from getting a moderate cold.
And you tell me to get over myself? 🤣😂🤣😂
Makes me realize it's not wrong to put my problems over yours. Survival of the fittest doesn't work if we pander to people like you.
Remember, if you run into someone with points you can't debate, always go straight to personal attacks and just avoid addressing the fact that children starved to death because you didn't want to get sick for a week.
@Lost_in_the_Woods im sure you think highly of yourself.
Im not engaging with you so you can stuff it lol.
Your attempt to shame her for that drivel you just wrote speaks volumes about you too by the way
Bro, I would love it if didn't engage with me.
You think you are better than me. I think I am better than you.
Only difference is I have the test scores and factual argument to back it up and all you have is weak insults.
Look at the numbers on my profile then look at yours. Literally most people say I'm the most helpful answer.
Your opinion is your opinion. 🤷🏼♂️
But you pipe up to talk shit, get kicked to the curb then say you aren't engaging with me.
Go stuff yourself. You're probably actually a fat neck bearder who lives with his parents. I just don't have any sympathy for that shit tonight.
I'm usually a nice guy, but dam... Someone has to tell these people the truth or they are going to drag us all down with them.
@Lost_in_the_Woods more like you think you’re better than scientists who actually dedicate their lives to studying this stuff. And here comes crazy guy #1335567774 (you) with more crack pot bullshit. All your doing is spreading more misinformation and its only getting people killed. Hope you’re happy with that. sure sounds like you are.
@Lost_in_the_Woods “ I'm usually a nice guy,”
Says the person who just judged the shit out if her without knowing her…
I judged the stance that she posted. She might be fine apart from that.
I love that you think there are 1.3 billion of us out 300 million Americans.
I'm the guy who likes to post direct links to the guy who invented mRNA vaccines talking for 5 hours straight because I know where to find them and I've heard every word.
Scientist have never recommend all this shit. Fauchi is the highest paid politician in the country, he doesn't have TIME to be a scientist, he's always on CNN the station that has been caught bragging about running propaganda. 🤦🏼♂️
The Vaccines are killing kids too. But you wouldn't know because you are a glorified parot who's greatest accomplishment is not being dead and posting obscure video game references at 37.
What made you so interested in pissing in gas tanks anyways? Personal hobby? Or your car won't start. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Man doesn't know what usually means, but he thinks he's going to teach me about science.
You're making my night dude.
Please meet me on 4chan so I can really paint your eyes open. 👌
@Lost_in_the_Woods anytime you wanna cite stuff i might take you seriously
But tis is where you judged the shit out of her “ Leftists make me sicker than Covid ever could and that's not an exaggeration. 🤮”
Right there. You should get that illness checked out bro
The reality is, a very small percentage of people have wild outrageous conspiracy theories about reptilian spaces aliens, most people are smart enough to figure out that the government is and always has been extremely dishonest and deceptive for their own gain, and the other maybe 30% of people genuinely believe everything they see on TV and aren't smart enough to tell the difference between the other two.
I hate to break it to you, but even you can probably figure out which category you are in.
Bro, y'all really do make me feel sick and that isn't a joke.
I'd rather get covid twice than deal with this crap for a whole year. I'm very healthy and I've seen the science so, I'm not the least but concerned.
I post these links at least 10 times a week.
I did a whole my take about it. The first link on that is a 15 minute video of a mom crying in court beside her daughter who was literally crippled by the experimental drug you want to force on every child in the country because "you care about people"
You care about yourself and you don't even know enough to do that properly.
content. blubrry. com/.../... Vaccine_Risks-FINAL. mp3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XkRq4PaHqo
I'm the primary source guy. You're like listening to CNN through an old-school baseball stadium PA system.
@Lost_in_the_Woods a biased video proves nothing. Nice try
Wow. You watched the whole 5 hours in just 50 seconds?
You didn't even click on it and see who it's from.
The guy literally INVENTED mRNA vaccines. He is speaking out about how dangerous they are at great risk to his own carear.
You wouldn't know because, you didn't even click on it and see who it's from before you said it was biased.
You are so biased, that you literally can't see a primary source when someone throws it in your face. 🤦🏼♂️
Seriously, it's embarrassing bro.
Talk about thinking you know more than scientists, this guy thinks he knows more about mRNA Vaccines than the man who was a professional Vaccine scientist before he was born, invented the breakthrough new technology, and has worked on it professionally for the last 40 years.
Just listen to the guys credentials. They take more than 50 seconds to list. 😂🤣👌
Absolutely brainless, and intent on staying that way. Man... It must be nice to live that way. But, I'd honestly rather die for the truth than be a tube fed sheep in a padded room.
Anyways, I'm going to bed.
Post your fact based interview with someone who knows as much or more about mRNA vaccines and is professionally biased against them talking about how safe they are by morning and I'll cut my own nuts off just for you. 🤣😂🤣😂
@Lost_in_the_Woods yeah cut those nuts off cause you dont need them
And, just to save you the embarrassed,
No, news outlets and politicians don't count. 🤦🏼♂️
Someone who has at LEAST 20 years of experience specifically with mRNA Vaccines.
And can show hard evidence to support their argument that the federal VAERS is wrong and the Covid Vaccine hasn't already killed more people than every other Vaccine administered in the last 35 years combined.
It doesn't exist. But... I'm interested to see what you come up with.
@Lost_in_the_Woods k off to bed with you
Wow, you literally didn't even post a link.
My nuts are feeling safer than ever.
You on the other hand, might want to hear about the side effects of the Covid Vaccines in those videos from the guy who invented mRNA vaccines that I just posted. 👌😉
I was thinking it would take you some time to research your source but... Aparently not even gonna try. 🤷🏼♂️
I'm genuinely disappointed.
Ps, you still haven't figured out that I get a notification every time you comment even if you don't tag me.
But it's okay, I like to hear you say my name. 🤙
@Still-alive. I don't really care what he thinks, or accuses. I'm not a liberal, but I'm definitely nowhere near the conspiracy crowd. "Meet me on 4chan..." is more than enough to tell me he's a waste of time.
Still-aloof still-adoof
Still ain't seen that link buddy. 😉
Notice how it only took me a few seconds? It's because I had already seen it, heard it, download it, saved it, and shared it. If you had your research handy you would post it. Common sense man. You ain't got shit. 🤷🏼♂️
@SaoirseS
I called you a leftist not a liberal. You don't know the difference. But I've always been a strong advocate for political change.
I stopped hanging out on 4-chan ten years ago when all the normies showed up. It used to actually be edgy not just a sespool.
Point was, I'd love to have this argument somewhere I didn't have to be reasonably civil because dam, I bet I could make him jump and do the world a favor.
You have no sources.
My source isn't Brett. It's the man sitting beside him who invented mRNA vaccines.
He talks about how he would love to go on the lefts news outlets too but, for some reason they don't want to have any real scientists on 🤔
But yes, you are beyond done. You are so roasted you are mostly charcoal at this point.
You drip hatred for me but you can't even post one link to claim my nads?
Case in point, you literally don't have a source and can't even bring yourself to listen to a real scientist for long enough to hear his credentials.
That isn't a source about the vaccine. That is a radio host.
I never said covid hasn't killed anyone. I said it doesn't kill healthy kids like the vaccine does.
Wion is pretty decent, but it's still a huge mainstream news outlet and that is a story about an opinion belonging to a (super biased) radio host.
That is not a scientist with at least 20 years of experience working with mRNA Vaccines. Nor is someone who is 65, overweight and dieing of covid an unbiased source.
See, I think the problem is you literally don't know what a factual experienced unbiased scientific source IS.
Which doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
Of course covid kills overweight old men.
That's not even news.
Nor is it something I really consider to be a negative if we're being honest.
@Lost_in_the_Woods “ Nor is it something I really consider to be a negative if we're being honest.”
Awesome. Sounds like you do think highly of yourself then
Not to mention, the CDC now admits that people who have had the vaccine are still spreading and dieing of COVID.
And VAERS still says the vaccine has killed more people than every other Vaccine combined in the last 35 years and admits their numbers are probably about 75% under reported.
(That's also in the video, discussed by the man who invented mRNA vaccines and has direct access to the database, and the guy who called them to ask how accurate they think their own numbers are and was told they aren't even close to the truth.)
What does Darwinism have to do with the individual?
I think I'm not old unhealthy or overwheight so, I guess you could say I'm biased but... If I was I'd probably want to die anyways. Hell, I barely enjoy being young and healthy. 🤷🏼♂️
We've covered that I do think highly of myself, as any accomplished person should. You do too, but you can't back it up.
Do you have any sources or, are you just playing dead until I get bored and leave you alone?
@Lost_in_the_Woods “ I do think highly of myself,”
And that makes you someone no one wants to talk to or engage with.
Im about done here
Actually, on that note, I kind of feel bad and stupid for insulting a dead horse.
Goodnight man.
Remember, one link to someone who is professionally biased against the vaccine, has at least 20 years of experience working with mRN, and as a reminder, isn't actually a politician or a news caster... Talking about how safe the Vaccines are and showing factual evidence to disprove the federal VAERS system (that you'll probably have to Google to learn what it is)
Still couldn't possibly be someone who has more experience with mRNA vacxines than the guy who invented them, but if you even get close
And I'll mail my balls wherever you tell me to.
And yes, I feel extremely safe making that bet.
(Ps, I'll know if it's you because your mom will be moaning in the background) 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Dude thinks so little of himself he actuslly believes that nobody wants to talk to people who confidently know their shit. 🤦🏼♂️
Again, I refer you to the MHO and SO scores. They tell the whole story.
You have been here for a while and literally very few people like you.
@Lost_in_the_Woods night
@Lost_in_the_Woods I fact checked your man and NOPE he is NOT the inventor of mRNA vaccines. www.logically.ai/factchecks/library/3aa2eefd
nice try dude
"Malone reached out to Logically, stating that he did not invent the mRNA vaccines, but instead the "vaccine technology platform." He also presented us with copies of nine patents – none of which showed that he invented the mRNA vaccines. The judgment for the claim has not changed."
@Still-alive All I did was respond to the asker's question. I have no use for any conversation that gets into personal insults. Yes, I'm tired of the "it's all about control" chanting, and all of the sloganeering regardless of where it comes from. Yes, people die, but there are sure a lot of people who die before their time, and not just from COVID. I have three facilities that service a metro area spanning two states and nine counties. I see enough to assure you it's not some government conspiracy, people are dying from it, and it's not just the older ones or ones with co-morbidities. I've had a busy weekend, which means I'll have a busy week. Downstairs I have the remains of two patients who died in a metro hospital from COVID, both this morning (I won't know what other factors might be involved until the doctor certifies the medical portion of the death certificate). One is 37, the other 43. I also picked up the remains of a 16 year old girl who died from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident while riding her bike. And for the grand finale, I picked up from the Medical Examiner's office today the remains of a 33 year old college professor who decided to suck start a pistol; his family wants an open casket viewing at the visitation Tuesday evening, and there isn't much of a face left to work with. Add to that a few hospice home care deaths, one nursing home death, and an unattended sudden death. We've handled quite a few COVID cases, more than enough to know it's very real.
@Still-alive Most times it doesn't affect me too bad, death is just part of the life cycle and we all come with an expiration date. It's when people die before their time that it gets tough, and heaven knows I had a bumper crop of them this weekend. Suicide, senseless violence, accidents, illnesses that might have been prevented or mitigated (most recently COVID). It's tough on families when generations get out of order; your kids aren't supposed to die before you. Fortunately when it gets busy the time gets spent with the logistics and providing for the family. There's nothing we can do for the remains but handle them with care and dignity.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdpSgEQKVNE
makes me think of this video of that mortician i told you about. just overwhelmed with bodies because of this disease. this was just when the vaccine was being rolled out for seniors and such
@Still-alive Caitlin is good people. In real life she doesn't put on the exaggeration. By design her YouTube channel appeals more to the morbidly curious about death. We definitely have had an increase in cases during the pandemic, but it ebbs and flows. It's been nothing on the scale of LA, Chicago, New York, Houston, etc. We've come close to capacity only once, but we have more capacity than most other funeral homes in the area. Those refrigeration trucks to handle massive dead? They may have been needed in the really huge metro areas, but were never needed here. It didn't stop the local news stations from making it a sensational story, even though the metro area funeral homes were on top of it.
I have Not let my Guard Down. I have Not gotten the Vaccine neither. However, I do Plan on Going to see my Fiance next Year in the UK so I will Definitely get my Jab. I was just Waiting for now to See what Time Frame I need to have. I still Mask it. No matter if With or Without a Vaccine. It is Here to Stay. xx
Actually, to tell you the truth, my life has improved dramatically since it began all those many months ago. Having to wear a mask is a nuisance, but nothing more. Don't believe all those 'Karens' who cry, "I can't breathe!" They're just being selfish and acting up.
We need a powerful variant to emerge that will send the unvaccinated directly home to Jesus. Without the stupid, we would have a wonderful world. :) The pandemic would end and we could go back to normal.
😂😂 but delta variant effected more people who vaccinated. No? "Cutebutt" 😂
@Sam_The_Savage No. 100% false. Where do you get your news? From My Pillow Man's dumpster? 99.5% of people dying of covid RIGHT NOW are unvaccinated.
UK almost fully vaccinated and yet have 2021 highest number of covid cases. Why? "Cunt"
I'm not worried about it anymore. I'm vaccinated and wear a mask when I go out. I just want it to go away already. I don't like staying at home all the time. I feel like I've been socially isolated because of covid but now I'm going out more
At this point I am absolutely fed up. I am not going to let COVID waste what should be my best years of life and last years of fun, friendships, and chances with gorgeous women (especially those wearing skimpy outfits), a. k. a my college years. I already lost over 1 year of college campus due to the pandemic forcing online classes. I am not going to lose another year, and I would never want to peak after college (where fun doesn't exist, everyone is enemies with each other, and it's impossible to talk to, befriend, or date women who are attractive and/or are wearing skimpy clothes). Peaking after college as a non-rich man would be an absolute shame, because it would only show that I could only do well when others are miserable, boring, soulless, and don't want to have fun nor be attractive anymore. And I am not let COVID force me into such a shameful predicament.
It's It's not exactly covid but this past year and a half has been nothing but pain and more pain. Also when you try to go do things and live life something seems to stop it or prevent. I truly believe that the cosmos God whatever you want to call it has been forcing us to slow down and we're being forced into this introspection prison. I learned a lot but I'm so ready to have joy love and fun in my life it's been such a heavy heavy time. So again in hindsight it's not exactly covid it's just the last 2 years have sucked.
It’s over. It’s fucking over. The left is just trying to milk it as much as possible. I got the vaccine, I’m never wearing a mask again and I’ll NEVER carry proof of vaccination to buy or sell.
if I’m a heartless murderer then you’re a brainwashed lib
I'll be a heartless murderer soon if this shit doesn't end.
People throw millions under the bus because they are afraid of a cold then say we are the selfish ones?
I'm done pandering to that. Pretty soon the half of the country that has been shit on since day one is going to stop taking it and start sending it back.
Just goes to show how stupid people are and how many of them are there in this world.
We can thank out lucky stars that covid is a really weak virus.
Even if ebola gets free from African continent (they are really opening up travel to there) we will be fucked, and that only has about 50% mortality rate.
Something 80% and moving fast. Bye bye 60% of western population, thankfully the stupid ones would be affected the most.
I feel like we are tumbling backwards. There was a brief point a couple of weeks ago where I felt like maybe, just maybe, we were all headed to brighter days, but just as soon as I had the thought then Delta started creeping up, and hospitals starting filling up again. Now that hope is just the same dull feeling I had while in lockdown, like every day is going to be the same again since some people refuse to do anything to help the situation but want to complain the loudest about it.
You can help the situation by turning off your TV.
It's a shame that it happened. It's pretty terrifying that it looks likely it was made in a lab. Also a huge problem that no one seems interested in stopping doing the gain of function research that resulted in this and could easily produce something much, MUCH worse.
As for Covid itself, there are multiple vaccines now. They are available to everyone who wants it. So at this point the pandemic is over in the developed world at least. So we really should be getting rid of the restrictions and the masks already.
I’m really sick of it. It seemed like things were getting back to normal. But now this delta variant is here and so many people are refusing to get vaccinated. Things may shut down again, but let’s hope not.
Inconvenient my life style a bit other than that... annoying to have to hear it daily how hard they are working to manipulate to get what they want... and how all the people in the world are just puppets/sheeps following.
The few inconvenice... hard to get food at some point, shops closed. Have to wear a mask. Have to work much harder then ever. Gain some weigh that I normally wouldn't because my job forced me to sit all day.
Other than that, I still live the same life.
I feel sad for the people who have lost their lives. I feel sorrow for their aggrieved family and friends. I feel sad for people suffering from long covid and the uncertainty over the outlook of their condition.
I feel sad for the people who have been adversely affected by the government lockdown policy introduced to curb the spread of covid.
I remain hopeful for a positive future for all those who have endured pain as a result of covid19.
I feel the same way I did in the very beginning something's not right but I'm going along with it but I really don't like is when we had to have lockdown because I'm single and had no way to meet anybody thank God for the internet I guess how do you like it now
It is just frustrating to see lockdowns, quarantines and restricts every time there is a new wave of covid virus.
I just want this pandemic to end or at least come under control as soon as possible. International borders to open up and the world to return to pre covid times.
*smh* at the sheer idiocy and hysteria of those who have no actual understanding of the big picture. They are caught up in irrational details. I also am frustrated and can say idgaf.. If you want to risk death over politics, good luck I say, I will wear a mask until every last one of ya chokes out in the ER.
Indifferent, really. For me nothing has changed since it started other than working from home and wearing masks in order to be serviced. I've been a very busy man then, I'm a busy man now still.
only the emergence of the covidiots with their pro-vaccine agendas makes me want to take a break from GAG and go swimming at a beach.
I feel like it was made a whole lot worse by people being stupid and ignorant. It would have been bad enough having to get everyone vaccinated and with all the death. But we've got idiots who won't get the vaccine and won't even admit the virus is real.
😂😂😂
I knew it was total fabricated BS right from the start , no change there at all. Yet most still swallow the obvious lies , and ask for more !! All these fictional " variants " … Indian ( which rightly pissed India off !! ) , Delta , Thai Ladyboy...& something else they will pull from their asses next. It has increased my contempt for people in general.
I hate it. It's political. It ruined my last year of college. I'm going insane at home. My existing problems with anxiety and depression got worse because now that I'm working from home, I'm completely isolated and don't even have the chance to meet people.
Yeah I had to transfer from university to "community" college because of the pandemic
I'm within the States of America. I live in Pennsylvania and it will be what it is, I've got to wear a mask when I'm out and about... I have physical and mental illnesses so I got do what I can to protect myself.
Still the same as when it began. It's a slightly above average flu type disease which is not fundamentally new, that is utilized by governments to oppress the people and by media and the pharma industry to mage huge profits.
I'm honestly relieved that I don't have to worry about meeting people
And I can play Minecraft all day, so Yay!
In my country there are still no restrictions that should be set by the government.
Whoever complains about having to pass time home, by martial law, should be thankful about their goverment concerns.
Imagine going out everyday, having to use your mask, while there are bunch of people on the streets without it.
Sounds fucking fantastic.
I'm increasingly more skeptical. This whole thing has been about politics and control from the start.
I mean it's terrible that people are dying from it but that's nature for ya. I'm very thankful I haven't gotten sick from it. I did get extremely sick from the vaccine though.
Fauci funny Tuesday’s are still a hit. People don’t attack me much anymore.. so that’s cool. But my belief that it doesn’t exist hasn’t changed since they first threatened us.
The conspiracy theorists keep getting proven right.
They’re not “theories”. They’re FACTS!!
I've felt the same since the summer of 2020. It's a complete scam.
Don't like it any better now than I did when it first arrived
Still sick of it, still wish we nuked China because of it, still can see this as being a fascist takeover of society for what it is, still don't want to wear a damn mask.
Problem is our government paid China to develop it and released it to get rid of Trump before he got rid of them.
I'm ready for the revolution.
Let's see who wins and let at least someone be happy.
I'm sick of living like this.
Can't believe it's still ongoing but anyways it's our new reality now so it seems normal.
I knew there was a toxic paranoid element in modern politics. I had my worst fears confirmed.
I'll never find it unrealistic against when I see Zombie movies where someone gets bit and hides that fact from everyone else.
Again?*
@Babebabebabe Yes. Samsung phones like to try and autocomplete words giving you 3 options and if you don't pick one, they default to the middle one. They don't always get it right.
Enough reason then to switch over to the iPhonw 😅
iPhone*
@rcljr I don’t know about al that, but they’re pretty user friendly!!
All*
i wish it could be over with but these anti-vaxxers are making that goal pretty difficult
I was sick of it when it started and I’m sick of it now. I’ve worked for like 3 months last year and for the rest of the 2020 I have completely done nothing. I lost my mom due to Covid in December. I finally went back to work on June 16th (got to see a lot of familiar faces for the first time because of covid and I got to meet some new coworkers that day), a lot of new kids. Honestly it’s bittersweet
To be honest, nothing much has changed about how I feel about it.
Trump is gone and that's a good thing. The world can start getting back to normal.
I don't mind it that much. It sucks having to take so much precautions when going out & traveling but better safe than sorry.
Thankful to be still alive and well along with all my family.
I had my job switched to fully remote so I feel great about the pandemic.
I really hate it and the hypocrisy is just getting worse.
Personal freedom bullshit and politics can help infect and kill a lot of people. It makes you wonder how these bull headed fuckin Americans would react after a nuclear attack or a catastrophic war on our own soil. God help us.
Well it sounds like it's not out of the question that the Delta variant could cause another delay from society returning to normal again
This delta worries me and I'm vaccinated. I'm going to be pissed if my gym requires masks again 😭
Covid made me less PC cus my arabic friends always call it the China virus (I'm half Chinese) I have to make jokes about terrorism, it gets the worst outta me.
it is good for me , i dont have to wake up early everyday to work anymore , they still pay me same amount , which much less work to do
Keep rolling, brotherman. Keep rolling 🤙
I took it very seriously in the beginning. But as time went I was disgusted and horrified that this got weaponized for political purposes. The cure was worse than the disease.
I'm fed up and have lost faith in our world leaders
I don't feel much about it anymore. This is normal life now... it's strange to think that about 8% of my life has been under a pandemic
Didn’t care at first then it started impacting my job opportunities.
Covid isn't going away it's going to be here forever. It's like the seasonal flu.
Same as when it started. Way over hyped, excuse for government to have more control.
I feel like going dancing it sucks that I can only dance at home but it's also a blessing that I can stay home and not have to work or worry about money so I try to be grateful.
I am sick to death of it.
Crap i heen wrong so bad on the crap 3 negatives off work 90 days almost died, a year of COV19 5 symptoms, took the shot put me down for 3 days, took the 2nd shot like a flu then a year later i have the Delta variant
I gotta admit. It lasted longer than any "Made in China" ever made
