You know what I read a lot of questions on here about babies or having baby. Don't get me wrong I love kids I have two kids and they're basically grown and on their own if I'm around people with kids their kids gravitate towards me we need to follow me around every place I go and it's just a beautiful thing I tell people all the time. They're going to have babies to think about it look where we are in our world today where are we headed we are so far up in the air it is unreal. where we land we don't know
No matter how much I love kids I still have to think about them first I would not want to have a child I would not want to have responsibility I'm taking care of a child if something in our country in our world starts happening it is out of our control and we have to prepare ourselves for whatever. I will constantly be battling myself because number one is my baby my kid my child to keep it safe. At the same time things to stay alive. You have to be fully prepared and any given second you need to do certain things when you have a baby to take care of you're not going to be able to do those certain things as it sounds like a big stretch but it is possible because if you really look that's where you're headed right now this is just the Calm before the storm
No we don’t know everything that’s why I would love to be prepared for it because think about it even if you get married you may not be with that person in the future something crazy might happen. So I hate when people are like oh be married in and nothings going to happen they don’t know that
I think you're very smart and that's where I would look at it too the odds are against you that something will happen it's a 50/50 deal no matter how good you are at your 50% that doesn't mean that your partner is going to be good if they have 50%. Everyday things change when you can only control yourself not your partner. And raising the kid right now in a world that the future is unknown it's just one of the hardest things in the world it is there's just no way I could do it because I need to know that kids going to be safe no matter what in the waves we are headed it would be hard to take care of a child and take care of yourself be safe each and every day and if I brought the kid into this world and the world did change something happened to me that would be my biggest nightmare
Yes, that’s what I mean you don’t know everything you’re not gonna totally be prepared every situation is different but wouldn’t you want to give your child the best of you at least.
I am not worried about:
• Covid
• fertility
• Financial stability
• insufficient Aid by doctors and medical professionals by race
• The thought of being a single parent
• Will you be a good parent
Just the times we are living and maybe they will back to normal

My family and churchhave strick rules "no kids before marriage. but if it happens, it happens. My kid, my rules, my grävmaskinist.
My mom had me before marriage when she was 22 years old, then grandmother got furious and told my mom to move from home and never come back Home again, because she is a humiliation for the family. Even ger boyfriend's family decided to believe that thé baby in thé belly was theie. Well she moved and got a cold where she har a high possition/ great payment. Har family years about it, apologised, and wanted her to help them with cash. Lucky my mom is an angel and helped. and then funny thing is, even though my dad's family refused me when i was in thé belly, i was born looking as my dad and on thé same day ans month my dad was born on. I love hon God is Good with justice sometimes. So my dass family wanted to take me away from my mom and raised me themself😂😂. Anyway i don't care much if i have kids outside marriage.

Yes, but I'm more afraid of the physical effects of pregnancy, childbirth, & post- partum effects. I would absolutely hate being pregnant because I would be unable to continue taking my medications which have been a major benefit for my general wellbeing. In addition, I LOVE coffee & I've been a pescatarian for 10 years. I would go crazy having to give up any of those things even for a month! I would be especially crabby because of the return of symptoms without my medications & no, there are not very effective substitutes for them. It would also be very likely that I would gain excessive weight while pregnant because I would probably be too depressed & stressed to even function. Not to mention, all the protentional pregnancy complications.
Then comes childbirth, which I can't even begin to imagine what that might feel like. Some women are lucky to feel hardly any pain with no complications, but some women are not so lucky. It would really suck to be one of the unlucky ones.
Finally, the post-partum effects that can be both big &/or small. If I were to decide to nurse a baby then I would still have to continue to live with restrictions on anything I were consume, which includes medications again. If it were to have been a vaginal birth, I would be more likely to develop urinary incontinence issues compared to a woman who has not given birth vaginally. There is also the possibility for a woman's hair texture to permanently change after childbirth (i. g. straight hair becomes curly & vice versa). I could probably right an essay about all the physical effects of pregnancy & childbirth, but I'm not going to. This was just a a bit of a summary of my reasons.
I would rather be a father, honestly. I wouldn't mind raising a kid, but I sure as hell don't want to carry & birth one.
If you really love your baby, then don't have one!!! Times have changed - and for the worst. Let's say the baby lives until age 90. For 90 YEARS that baby will have to claw it's way through life each and everyday. It will have a horrible 90 YEARS! If you really love the baby you are considering to bring into this hell hole of life then don't do it. That's how you can love it. Remember, you will have to see it suffer trying to make it through life everyday and it is so very sad to watch them suffer. You will wish you loved your baby so much that you just couldn't bring it into this crazy world! ☮️ Peace

Like I said, times have changed, the world has changed, people have changed. I know it may seem horrible to you, but unless the child is born into a very rich family so it won't have such a hard life, then I can see that. A nice loving, rich family would make perfect conditions for a child to grow up in. Please remember, the baby will grow up to be a grown man or woman. And of course if you have just one child, you will want it to have brothers and sisters which is great if you and your family are able to financially afford to make sure when they grow up they will have it easier than a lot of people. I have a friend I met when we were 12 and in middle school. She married a rich guy with a rich family. Never had to work, and go out and deal with finding her way. Her husband took care of all her needs. So, do you think she would have had such a wonderful life if she hadn't married him, and his family's money. She grew up in a poor family, so she knew the difference. I am sure you and your family are very loving and would love to have babies. All I am saying is make sure you have enough money that the baby won't have to struggle all of its life. ☮️

I didn't want to be a single mom EITHER. I was married for three years when I got pregnant and he was planned baby. When my son was six months old, his father decided he didn't want to be married anymore and abandoned us. He even stole my car and left us with no money. I come from a very small family so I didn't get the support I needed. Next, just for you, my son was born developmentally disabled (learning disabled). I was and still am constantly worried about him. He lived with me for 37-1/2 years until I became very sick and bed bound for 16 years. So he lives with a family kind of far from me and they care for him. I always had to work full-time when I was raising him - without child support! You see, I didn't plan to have a disabled baby and I never would have thought his father would just up and abandoned us. I love my son very much! And if you want references from my friend about how I was and still am THE BEST MOM then give me your phone number and I will have each one call YOU up and tell you about what kind of mother I am to my son! Ok, I'M ready for your phone number!

All throughout history people have had kids in different scenarios. People have raised kids in many good and bad environments. Having kids is getting cards dealt in your life. You're not really sure what you'll get but I always keep hearing from parents that having them is worth everything and they give you a lot of purpose and extra love. There's exceptions to that but as long as you have basic good morals and can be a strict disciplinarian, it should be fine. Plus also be financially stable before having one, although I've seen broke asf people having like 6 kids and the kids are still alive and go to school and function. It makes me think if those people can raise kids, I feel like I could too.
I'm about to have my 3rd baby in October and never had any of these fears. Me and my husband are both very go with the flow type of people so we are always ready for any of the surprises that parenthood throws our way.
Again this is for people who haven’t found love right away this is for people who aren’t sure. It’s wonderful that you are doing what you’re doing but other people don’t have it that easy. Or don’t just want to settle or go with a safe choice
Growing up also means protecting ourselves and making sure that we are prepared you can’t just do it and it’s supposed to just happened. That’s when I gets bad
I have to disagree. With my oldest son I literally had nothing. No job, license, wasn't graduated and also not set in stone in my relationship yet. I was not able to take care of myself yet I still managed to care for a baby. It is not what people make it out to be. As long as a child has love that is all they really need.
Ma’am you just proved my point. I’m not saying that it’s not possible that you can’t take care of your the child by yourself or make it happen by any means necessary. The point that I’m making is at the end of the day you still have a mouth to feed and it’s not just you. And you don’t want your child to Suffer /struggle I’ll put your child in a bad situation.
This is why adoptions/foster care are so full.

Yeah I'm worried about having a baby. I'm afraid of being a single mother and I'm not sure I'm in a very good financial situation right now. I'm still in college but by the time I graduate I'll probably be buried in student loan debt. I don't want to have a child and be obligated to pay student loans at the same time. I also don't want to have a child with a man who is in debt like I am. I wouldn't want my child to have to go through the same situation I'm going through
I’ve never been afraid because I’ve never even considered having a baby. My goals in life aren’t centered around having a family, and I wouldn’t make a good mother either honestly. Better to just not have a baby rather than forcing them to live an unhappy life.

In my personal opinion nobody is ever truly "ready" to have a child. If you have that tug on your heart even a little bit and you are in a stable relationship/marriage go for it. Other things will fall into place. Just remember to think on it well because it's not something to take lightly.
I’m afraid for more other reasons. Like the whole pregnancy process, the possibility of pain or trauma of childbirth. It’s very off putting.

Honestly no, I don’t want kids, the thought of having to take care of another human being not only physically but mentally and emotionally too…the physical doesn’t seem bad but mannnn I can barely take care of myself mentally let alone another human being!
