Take the vaccine. You'll be fine.
In fact, the FDA just fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. (Which happened to be what I got.)
Full approval means that the FDA has as much confidence in that vaccine as any other vaccine that you have gotten throughout your life.

FDA Approves First COVID-19 Vaccine
Approval Signifies Key Achievement for Public Health
For Immediate Release:
August 23, 2021

“The FDA’s approval of this vaccine is a milestone as we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic. While this and other vaccines have met the FDA’s rigorous, scientific standards for emergency use authorization, as the first FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, the public can be very confident that this vaccine meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product,” said Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock, M. D. “While millions of people have already safely received COVID-19 vaccines, we recognize that for some, the FDA approval of a vaccine may now instill additional confidence to get vaccinated. Today’s milestone puts us one step closer to altering the course of this pandemic in the U. S.”

The vaccine is safe yes...
And 99.9% of the people will not have problematic reaction to it, which is when something else in your body is triggered by the reaction to the vaccine... a strong reaction from your immune system to the vaccine is the thing that could trigger a serios condition but again... the possibility of this is very and extremely low. This is the one thing that could make you feel unease but... the probability is extremely low.
Then, there might be other kind of reactions, which is a fever, some soreness, even a little fatigue... these ones are quite normal and happen to more people more often, but they only last a couple or few days max, and it is something easy to manage, just like any other cold you can catch.
It's okay to feel nervous and be a bit wary but, as long as you can keep in mind that, very serious and adverse reactions are extremely unlikely... you will get your vaccines, nothing bad really will happen and you just go on with your life and your studies.
Yes its safe. Expect a sore arm but that's basically the worst part

The vaccine wasn't that bad at all. First dose made my arm feel sore for a couple days and some of my muscles felt kinda weird. Second dose had me wake up shivering 18 hours later and I spent the next 12 hours or so feeling fatigued and feverish. Ibuprofen, advil, or tylenol help with those symptoms. After that I felt fine except for a mildly sore arm. The needle is very painless and I barely noticed it. You can get the second dose 4 days earlier than your card says but I'd recommend getting it on the weekend so you don't have to feel sick in class or work. If you've had an allergic reaction they just have you stay in the place for 15 minutes to make sure you're fine. The vaccine is perfectly safe and only paranoid nuts say otherwise. I can go into detail on how the vaccine works if you'd like.
I had Pfizer. While I had some symptoms for about 4 days after the first jab and 2 days after the second it was way less of a problem for me than having covid this time last year was.
Have the vaccine but remember after you've had it you can still spread it even if it doesn't make you sick so wear a mask.- u
I had my last Moderna shot on June 2 I never had any side effects or any fevers just a little sore Shoulder for two days on the first vaccination. Everything went perfectly fine. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a big guy and I can handle things more easier compared to a lighter person. But I’m thinking that everything would’ve been smooth even if I was a much lighter person
I would suggest that you seek legal advice as to whether or not you can be excluded for not having had the vaccine.
The vaccine does not stop you from getting or transmitting the virus to others so there is no basis for the requirement that you be vaccinated.Money and health do not mix. Why do people think a vaccine that has been developed with profit in mind, and that has zero liability if anything bad happens to you... is safe?
People seem to lack the most basic common sense. It's absolutely crazy.Pfizer vaccine is the best one and was just FFA approved. You may experience cold like symptoms for like a day.
for me personally all that happened was i got heart palpitations. It wasn’t too bad for meI took the Johnson & Johnson one and I didn't have any negative side effects for months now. I heard the Pfizer is even safer.
The only reason I took Double Jay was because it's only one jab. The Pfizer is twoits fine, out of 200 million people who got it 6,000 were hospitalized with the virus so its not always guaranteed to work but it pretty much always helps
its 2 shots. the first one hurts for a day or so in the arm you get and then a month later you get teh 2nd shot. i only got my first so far which left me pretty sore but i hear the 2nd makes you sick for a day or 2The reaction, if any, is transient and very mild. I had some muscle pain for about 24 hours after the second injection that was easily managed with acetaminophen. The Pfizer vaccine is the best (highest efficacy, lowest side effect profile) you can get.
Nothing to worry about at all.Had both Pfizer jabs and only had minor fatigue and a bit of an achie arm on the second jab it only lasted the rest of the day. Everyone is different and their is no indicator that will determine if you'll have a reaction or not.
Anyone saying it is safe is LYING as there simply isn’t yet enough data to make that determination
once I realized people were lying about it’s safety I decided not to take it and I’m fine.I'm fully vaccinated with Sinovac and so far there's no weird effects going on. But really even if the vaccines has a death risk to it, there are still more people dying of the virus than the vaccine.
Ii is good that you are in this program. I am sure you will do well.
I had the Moderna but know a few people that had the Pfizer and they both had a sore arm and mild side effects for about a day. They just felt a little tired and out of sorts.I will probably get the Pfizer vaccine soon now that the FDA has officially approved it.
Everybody's body reacts differently to medications. All you can do is have the vaccine and wait and see what happens from there.
I got Johnson and 9h after the shot I started having fever and headaches (felt like an awful hangover) 2 days after it was gone
The Pfizer vaccine is the best, I am fully vaccinated and I had no side effects from the vaccine.
Don't get that vaccine. The company itself has been going around forcing governments to make itself not responsible for any side effects of its vaccine. Also don't get sino vac cuz its straight trash.
Safe enough and not effective enough.
But there could be surprises. There are odviously side effects but it's a lot better than having covid19.
