He checks because we are expected to get outside the locker room at a certain time so we can go to gym but literally we only have 3 minutes and most of the time only 1 minute to change into out gym uniform because sometimes your 3rd period teacher will release you late.
And what’s even weirder is that some girls are nice and cover other girls with towels if they are uncomfortable changing in front of people or others will change in bathroom stalls or the showers to have privacy which makes perfect sense if you’re just not feeling it or have a period but yes banning is from doing it because other people might want to shower or use the bathrooms even though we’ve literally never had issues with that.
