Fat acceptance and getting rid of fat shaming. What just says it's not your fault so they never actually start working on the problem or learn the problem in the 1st place. Then we have very unhealthy food with chemicals that make you unhealthy. Is a lot of artificial sweeteners like high fructose corn syrup get metabolized differently. Basically they get converted to fat a lot more easily and stored a lot more easily.
But even with tremendous amount of bad food available the real problem is like I said at the start people don't understand nutrition or what they actually need to do even though all the information is easily available at the click of your fingers.
And thanks to people thinking it's OK to be fat and even people saying it's healthy they never learn. They become very obese And will never put in the work to fix it even though once you get down to a healthy weight and workout constantly you get to eat a tremendous amounts because your body needs to fuel people just need to not be do not be lazy fucks any more Learn they are unhealthy and it's their own fault no one else's and take responsibility that's the only way
I was the skinniest kid ever, my mother was worried I was anorexic at one point, we played outside and climbed stuff and rode bikes, built shit and were basically always moving, we barely watched TV or sat in front of the computer, we didn't have to internet to spend all day on. Kids these day don't put their fucking phones down and get off their fat asses to do shit, that's why there are fat lazy little fuckers.
Fat shaming doesn’t work and neither does fat acceptance. Both are harmful, obesity exists not just because of personal responsibility but also because of the greedy companies that make profits off of people being obese and people getting obese.
We’ve already solved the problem to obesity, the issue is that the sugar industry got mad and knew they wouldn’t profit if people found out that sugar was linked to obesity so instead they funded misinformation campaigns to make the American people believe that eating foods with fat was linked to obesity making people turn to low fat diets with a bunch of added sugars.
That’s why American children are fat. We aren’t even doing anything to really fix America’s problem with obesity either.
I come from one of the slimest european nations (so far). American kids have very little time to eat (chewing activates hormones that tell you you're not hungry), American food is more processed, americans feed their kids more crap (I've only ever seen a toddler in a stroller holding a huge piece of pizza in north america). Not enough exercise, americans as a whole aren't taught moderation - hence extreme diets vs people bingeing on crap. Americans generally see food as fuel and not as a pleasurable experience. Americans also value quantity over quality it seems.

One thing being older is that when I was young, it wasn’t like this. I’ve lived and seen this drop and it’s a combination of things, but at its core, it is actively being encouraged and implemented by certain people in government.
Still at the end of the day, it comes down to good parenting and teaching your child discipline and leading by example.
Too much time in front of screens and not enough physical exercise.
Have you seen all those fat people migrating north and trying to cross the border with Mexico? We’re importing them.
I’m not pushing anything. Just stating what we’ve seen on images. Yes it’s an issue but not isolated to the US. What do you want government control of what people eat?
On almost all studies it shows that immigrants are skinnier than their western born counterparts.

And of course your pushing stuff, you at least sound like your pushing an anti immigration agenda
If you lived on a southern border town you’d see otherwise.
@ManHater I love how your first image is of German children. Get with the times.
the whole body positivity and ghettos girls calling themselves Da Bomb even when they are having heart attacks from their obesity
Body shaming little kids is a baller move
