Are groin attacks really that effective?

They are, that's why everyone is told to use it in self defense situations. But it is also very expected so you should not rely only on that.
Anyway it is very debilitating on male and it'll give you some time to run away but he could come to revenge later.

But fighting back with the ways you consider Willa not always work and it’s just better to not taka advantage of others. It’s like forever relying on your parents. Yes you will definitely stop the guy that one time, but then you risk they come back later and do worst things. Violence won't stop something like that. Depends on the sort of bullying aswell and the sort of guy.

To give you an example I'm not the type of guy who will hit women, so once in middle school I was messing with a crazy girl I knew by not letting her run after a guy friend to punch him (was infront of the door to not let her go) and she faked like she was adjusting something in her clothes then quickly kneed me in the balls and when I fell down she stepped over me and kept going. Well I was hurt a bit but didn't hit her back ever, I'm not a wuss and I realized I deserved it. Some guys are different though, be careful. It really depends on how much you know them

Certainly! I've often heard that the pain is very similar to Period Cramps... It resonates in the lower abdomen and LINGERS. Depending on how hard you hit, the pain lasts quite awhile.
