Girls, how do you prevent gym wedgies?

So I'm just really curious how other women prevent themselves from getting a giant wedgie while working out at the gym.

Usually I just try wearing underwear that has more space and isn’t so restrictive, like sometimes thongs or just more spacious panties and stuff like that. That’s just in my experience though so it’s really up to you

Wear form fitted pants/shorts. If you prefer something a bit looser, they took wear slide-proof panties that have that rubber around the edges
