I personally don't find thongs hygienic because of the thin string that touches the anus and we all know how microscopic fecal residue can remain despite the most care given to clean your anus after a shower or after having to go to the washroom.

Thus, you would never catch me wearing something like that as I am way too conscious about the potential health risks of wearing thongs.

I am sure that a lot of girls could not care less about health issues when wearing those.

They just wipe very well. We pretty much have to because we're women and don't want to risk UTIs. They could use baby wipes afterwards for extra hygiene & cleanliness.

If you're wearing thongs and G-strings, you gotta keep that ass clean. After you wipe, dampen a paper towel or disposable rag and wash the rest of the shit out. Otherwise, anything that goes up in your ass would get coated with feces easily.
