Do either way really well and you find a demographic. Question it all the time and you find yourself in the middle and not appealing strongly.

I think definitive answers suck in general but especially here. You sport what you got really well and stand out from the crowd and you get the girls. Most girls don't even understand the difference between bulk and lean anyway. They think a 130lbs guy with ab veins is "muscular".

That said, I think there is a huge edge for leanness for guys. Even if you don't have much mass, and just chiseled abs, lots of girls will dig it because girls are kind of fat. Even the slim ones might have like 20% body fat. So they get impressed by the differences.

From what I heard that like an athletics body type. A soccer player is the ideal body. But that’s just what i heard; I don't know if it’s true.
