Toned / Athletic
Slender / Thin
Being toned is not unrealistic. It's also, clearly, the healthiest. Those women aren't doing it to attract a mate -- they are doing it to make their bodies a temple. The general notion (which is born out by this poll) is that muscular women aren't particularly attractive, which seems to be the most important part of a woman's life.
But there's a primal part of me that says, "If my children are attacked by a pack of dogs while I'm away, which of these women would be most likely to be able to protect them?"
sure most women can get some muscle tone, it is just that that these two (slender and toned) are the options that require the most dedication (exercise, dieting, etc.). also women find it harder to get tone or lose fat than men because of their genetics.
also that primal part isn't really in tact for me because women naturally play a more domestic role anyway. technically its my duty to protect from the pack of dogs, not my partner's.
Something being hard to achieve doesn't mean it's not healthy or realistic. Yeah, I know working out is hard. Losing weight is hard. I'm a bit fat (curvy, if you will), and I've tried to lose weight before. It really sucks. Once you put on the fat, it doesn't want to go away. And salt, fat, and sugar are fucking delicious.
You don't get to decide who's on "guard the house" duty. If you're in the house, you're on that duty. As a man, your obligations will take you away from the house regularly. It goes, then, to the next adult.
Curvy all the way.
Curvy is a shape, not a size, so it is really not, as you say, "the most (...) realistic to achieve for most women", because we cannot change our bone structure nor control where our body distributes and stores fat, only how much of it we gain.
that is true to an extent but most girls have natural curves whether it's more of an 'hour-glass' a 'pear shape' or whatever other kind of shape a girl naturally has. what is also true is that girls that are underweight to an unhealthy degree (anorexic) do not have healthy curves. girls that are overweight to an unhealthy degree (obese) have exceeded that level of healthy curves. girls and in the middle of these two extremes tend to have healthy curves, especially if they have some moderate muscle tone to push out their full-figure. these girls are not only the most healthy, but they tend to be the most attractive as well, even if their body is not a perfect hour-glass or pear-shaped figure (some girls are endomorphs, some girls mesomorphs and some ectomorphs, etc. but all can achieve a healthy and realistic body figure with a little work and dedication).
No, most girls do not have an hourglass shape or a pear shape. Most girls have a rectangle shape. So, sure, the body fat percentage you refer to is the ‘easiest’ one to achieve, but combine that with the proportions you’re looking for and you’ll find that it is actually not realistic - very far from it. Also, you are really not one to tell whether or not someone is healthy.

If you asked the girl here about her lifestyle back then when she was heavier on the left as compared to now on the right, what do you think she would say? You think she’d say she particularly watched what she ate back then and made sure to get enough exercise a week and the right amount of sleep every night? You think she’d say that she just eats whatever she wants now and indulges herself with whatever food she likes to attain that fit body? No.
Just because you find one body type the most attractive doesn’t mean it’s the healthiest. I could probably take two girls with the same height and weight, the same BMI - both considered overweight, but having significantly different proportions, and you’d probably say that the curvier one with all the right meat in all the right places was at a perfectly healthy weight and the other not so curvy one was “carrying a bit of weight”. Also, “some moderate muscle tone to push out their full-figure”? It is not that simple.
sure, lots of exercise is required to keep the figure on the right. (by the way, I live a pretty aesthetic lifestyle myself, it's not like I just lay on the couch watching tv and tell girls what they should like for me to be attracted to them). and probably even the girl on the left needs to keep her habits in check from time to time. even with the rectangular shape, she is not as attractive (in my opinion) as the girls in the OP but she is not bad looking on the left.
I understand that different girls distribute fat differently but I don't really think that anything below a size 16 is that unattractive. by the way, yes I am not qualified to say what is and is not healthy but body mass index charts seem to suggest that most girls around size 16 are healthy (I think average height girls at 5'8" with a size 16 figure tend to weight roughly 10 stone: google bmi chart and check out 10 stone for a woman).
anyway, yes the woman with the hourglass figure is going to be the most attractive, pearshape girls will be attractive as well. and although this is genetic to a large degree, my point about muscle tone is NOT bull shit, lol. pectoral mass will push out the breasts (especially if the girl has a healthy bodyfat to compliment the work she does on her chest at the gym). glutes can be worked on by gym work - squats, deadlifts etc. - and curvaceous thighs look gorgeous on a woman as well. it's totally possible for a woman to opt the athletic / toned route if she is not that curvy naturally. and muscular hypertrophy is possible in ANYONE. just be thankful that the level of muscular hypertrophy that is desirable in a woman is less than what would be considered attractive or desirable in a man, lol.
Nope. 10 stone at 5'8" is much slimmer than you think. Here, you can see it for yourself:

Next time, for curvy use these models! not these "plus size gals"
curvy is the ideal body type for a woman! loved by all men! BUT, nowadays fat chiks hijacked the word curvy

My own body type is somewhere between athletic and slender so those would be my choices, lol.
@ Update: Curvy is not unattractive to me either, but it's a body type that I will never, ever be able to achieve because of my build. I'm just over 6ft tall with small boobs and a fairly narrow pelvis. It's not that I set a high standard for my body. I definitely don't, lol. I'm now 160 pounds which is a healthy weight for my height. Slender or toned doesn't mean unhealthy or that it's less healthy than curvy. Curvy isn't always the most healthy either because so many women now use that word to make themselves feel better about being fat/overweight or even obese.
I like curvy tone look. :D

where's the option for "petite"?
and before anyone says "bruh, that's slender", no it's not. It refers to a combination of traits. A short, small framed, and often thin girl (petite can in fact be almost any of the three, maybe save for extremely curvy).
Eyyyyy that second girl has a nice body! Voted for curvy.
yeah, I liked the second girl on the list also. she was not my favourite physique (the first picture was) but still very attractive and I don't think it is fair of these guys who have such uncompromising standards of what they consider attractive or not to suggest that this type of woman is overweight.
You can clearly see on her arms that she is not overweight at all.
The first photo with a little bit of toned. She looks pretty toned though lol
Nope! she's curvy

Curvy & full please. Dark hair and light eyes if you have one available. If she could be funny, nice and smart as well that would be great.
Curvy got the highest vote! and here i am trying to be slender. lol
You don't want to be lmao trust me
I liked toned, because I'm a swimmer and that's Mostly what I see
I'm not naturally curves so I suppose I don't have much choice but to be slender 😕
First chick curvy? Yea other two in curvy are just fat lol. Curvy is like skinny with big boobs so and among there, Toned/athletic
well, this is what a doctor would consider 'obese':

this is what most people call 'carrying a little bit of weight':

the girl I posted is waaay skinnier than the top girl. even the latter - size 16 model - is a tiny bit bigger.
but I can't tell if you're being serious or just joking around tbh.
but yes, your right, stomach AND wrists get measured. she is still not that fat.
well, I'm having a hard time finding the exact statistics and measurements but roughly speaking, an average height woman (~5'8") who is a size 16 is 10 stone. although I will give you that it is at the heavier end of the healthy weight spectrum, that is considered a healthy weight according to this body mass index chart. so this means doctors do not believe it is overweight: it's quite telling that the people who do think it overweight are non-expert magazine editors and the average public who buy into a commercialised standard of beauty. for me, anything that is healthy can be considered attractive.
the chart is here: www.nhs.uk/.../height-weight-chart.aspx
I'm not really sure to be honest.

Fit & Toned, of course, athletic but not overly muscular.
I am slender toned so I am. gonna go with the latter xD
Slender/thin makes me feel manly, the athletic makes me feel feminine and the curvy is just fat so...
"If we show men pictures of naked fatties, they'll start liking fat women".
Yeah... That'll work.
Toned, or a mix of the 3 really lol
the thing is, and this is just my personal opinion, that while toned looks good on many women on some girls they can look a little wiry.
e. g. madonna is not the best example because she is a lot older than some of the more younger and desirable fitness models that I posted, but you can see my point here:
s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/.../...09704c8c1c.jpg
Slender cause it's my natural body, the majority of women are not curvy but chubby
Curvy like the first girl in the sand. The middle girl Is fat and unattractive and the bottom curvy girl is too plane for some reason.
There is no "realistic girl". but whatever.
Yay for full figured deliciousness. :)
I am slender and thin
Why not curvy toned athletic.
The Curvy / Full-figured <3
