Do I have muscle on my legs help?
I’ve been doing 3-4 times a wk squats with pulse with 10 lb dumbbell barley on my 2nd wk. I had one month doing the squats with 8lb dumbbell but that wasn’t heavy enough. I only do 3 reps 10x.
