





Honestly to me your legs look a little to small.
Also I think you mean 3 sets of 10x ( reps ) a rep = 1.
And your not gonna see visual changes with just a months worth of working out it's gonna take more like several months at minimum before you see significant visual changes.
You grow your legs by doing the right exercises with the proper weight and eating the right kinds of foods and the right amounts of them.
Your legs look small in the picture they could look bigger in real life, I don't know.
They look small because you haven't been lifting long enough to actually get significant visual results. And you also probably aren't lifting enough or at with weights heavy enough to properly damage them.
And snice I don't know how much your eating or what your eating I can't speak on the nutrition side of things. But if your gaining fatty weight then you probably aren't eating the right foods or your not working out enough and burning enough calories.
Ok so how many weeks months I need workout legs to see visual changes?
Is 10 lb dumbbell enough weight? It’s new and I struggle with it. It’s heavy.
I ate for lunch bowl of chicken with avacado and beans and sour cream.
Snack I eat muffin or penut butter yogurt or protein shake or protein penut bitter chocolate bar.
Breakfest been eating banana and pancake but this wk will eat eggs with potatoe and tortilla.
Usually 3-6 months at minimum and then you need to continue working out to maintain it.
If 10lbs is heavy and your struggling with it then that is enough weight for now though I would work on slowly increasing it.
Also if your only doing legs don't workout more then 3 times a week and make sure you have around 1-2 rest days between workouts. You don't want to over train and injury yourself
In terms of exercising don't just do squats because only doing one exercise if going to make your legs look weird and your legs will grow tolerant to it.
Add in exercises like lunges, deadlifts, leg press, leg extensions, weighted calf raises, lying leg curls.
Make sure your doing exercises that will build your quadriceps, hamstrings and calves if your just gonna do legs then work the entire leg. Not to mention some of those exercises because some of them being machine and not free weight and you having more support you'll be able to lift more then 10lbs.
For nutrition to get the most out of it you need to calculate your daily macros which are fats, proteins and carbs and that will give you what your body requires each day.
Avoid foods like pancakes, pancakes are high in fats, calories and such.
Rice is good though because you can pair it with meats and vegetables but also rice is a good source of carbs but as almost no calories or fats, sugars, etc.
Eggs and stuff like that make sure to cook them using something other then butter like cannoli oil or vegetable oil, etc.
When it comes to nutrition it's just a matter of doing research and a little common sense.

Squats help your butt and hips which it defo has but won't help your leg muscles
your fucking hot though so im sure if you change your routine a bit u can get muscle in your legs too

Not yet. Youve made good progress but still look kind of weak overall.. how ‘thick’ are you eventually aiming to get? Like this girl for example is also 5ft but weighs 154lbs and squats over 350..🤯

Maybe a bit on the extreme lol
But youd probably need to increase the weight as much as possible and eat way more calories like 4000 and protein like 100g a day to start making real progress

Your legs are nice but not what I call muscular yet. Toning up legs is always a good thing
My girlfriend has been working out seriously for 2 years. 3 hours per session 5 days a week and eating appropriatley. Her legs were not that much differnet then yours now. Today then are much more muscular but not crazy muscular. They look good on her. Have become very strong too. Give yourself a good year. Take before and after pics
Need more weight if you want more muscle, your body has to work harder for more results but your legs look fine so I don’t know why you want more muscle on them
Try more protein foods, stay away from fatty foods, you may be burning it off now while young but it’s not good because it will affect you later and raise cholesterol levels. Drink lots of water and eat higher protein for muscle building, you’ll need to do squats with a lot more weight where you feel the burn
Yeah amino acids in protein are building blocks for muscle and you need to feel the burn to get results it seems but it will take time

Its a routine in my local gym..
Here you do one day strength training, next day you do leg workouts, next day you do core functional, again you do leg workouts..
Its like you are gaining muscles, improving stamina and endurance and focusing on legs as well..
