How do you get muscles on legs & thighs? dD my legs have muscle?
For legs I have been doing goblet squats and another type of squats sumo but the dumbell im holding it lower in the middle between my legs, I’m using 10 lb dumbell. then I do 100 calf raises while holding my dumbell. I have been working out barley a month and half & 2-3rest days. For butt I do hip thrusts and hamstrings I barley have been doing hamstring curls to my butt since 2 days as I got a new full body band it’s like a rope medium resistance. I’m eating 2,000 calories a day. I’m eating average but not double at the moment which is why I haven’t gained a lot of weight yet it’s hard eat a lot
