Is growing white hair normal in early 30s?

Mine was light blonde through my school years. When I went to the service I kept it hi and tight. Kept it short afterwards and by my 30s it turned all silver. Doesn't bother me, my 2 younger brothers and 3 sons are bald or balding. I still have a good stand even if it is silver. My wife likes it so that's all that matters. Something to run her fingers through

Normal? That's debatable. You are what you eat at any rate. That being said, that's why I'm now a vegan.

I have seen people even younger than tgat with a few white hairs. Maybe it's because of stress.

I've been having whites since my early 20s. my grandma was full white since her 40s.

Not really, that's kinda young still for that. I had a classmate who's half of her head was with white hair and she was only 13 years old at that time.

Another dude in High School around 15 or 16 years old had a ton of white hair on his head.

There are many reasons why hair turns white at an early age. It could be genetic or if you have a stressful life, that could be the cause. I also have white hairs, we think the reason for this is genetics. my age is 21

Yeah. It can happen even in your 20s. It takes a while to go completely grey, though, so you don’t have to start worrying yet.

Yes. I have significant gray in my beard and noticeable gray in my hair. Im 35. I've had some gray since about 28.
