What should you do if you have bad anxiety?

I previously suffered from Borderline PD, Bipolar, PTSD, and a host of other things. Going to a psychiatrist is a good start. There's something I personally use called metacognition. Thinking about the way you think. It involves being really honest with yourself. Like admitting you care what others think about you. Then asking why. Then thinking of the consequences of if they like you versus not liking you. Reframe. What is anxiety? Something bad? Or energy to rise to the challenge? Anxiety may suck but once you make yourself like it, it starts to go away. But never try to get rid of all anxiety. It's not realistic, or goof for you.
