I’ve gone to therapy for most of my life, I have taken medications to help ease it, and I have tried finding healthy coping skills to reduce anxiety. Therapy has been the most effective for me, and I have found that being mindful of my surroundings can help me calm down. I also make sure I have something to fidget with when I get anxious. Don’t forget the breathing techniques as well. What exactly are you anxious about? Do you have social anxiety? Generalized anxiety? What do you need help with? Do you visit a psychiatrist or psychologist to help you? Are you able to get medications for it? Have you found healthy coping skills to reduce your anxiety?
