I've tried bringing this up with her - we exercise together - but she either dismisses it or says that I shouldn't worry about her - she boasts she's at her "peak" - but focus on losing weight myself - I'm 162cm and weigh 60kg, which she deems to be too much and sometimes calls me "fattie" - I weighed almost 76kg this Summer.
I'm not sure I should keep exercising with her - she helped me lose extra weight, but now I think she's taking it too far. She looks healthy enough, but mentally she doesn't seem alright and I sure don't like the pressure she gives others.
I've always struggled to keep a healthy weight - First I was underweight, then I got overweight, etc. and she's completely counterproductive.
I'd like to find a way to help her realize she's putting herself into danger though.
