Should I get a breast reduction?

My size is 32ddd, i dont have much pain but they still cause pain. I like them but i am not sure they are worth all the effort lol. Should i get a reduction?

A well-fitting bra will be the first step. If you are a true 32DDD, you shouldn't be in any pain as this is a small to medium size when correctly fitted. No. If you're chubby just lose a few lbs and they should shrink. If you're already thin then you probably have an amazing looking body shape. Dont ruin it. Personally i dont care much about the size like that but i find any cosmetic surgery a huge turn off. The only kind id ever have any understanding for would be if a flat chested girl like legit flat got fake tits. Or if it was due to cancer issues. Other than that i would he extremely turned off about the girl and lose interest and i think most guys would probably be the same way. Cosmetic surgery i view it primarily as a personality defect.

If they don't cause you much pain I'd say no. I know a couple ladies that had breast reduction and when the nipples we're repositioned to look normal they lost all sensation and feeling in their nipples and it was no longer pleasurable to have them played with, licked or sucked on.

you should talk to your doctor about it. Through 32ddd really isn't that big so unless you are a tiny person something else is most likely causing your pain. Probably poor posture and/or ill fitting bras.

meh just for that, i'd say no.
I have J cup boobs. I would jump at the chance for a reduction because they cause back brain and affect my mental health and self esteem.

If they're causing you pain, it's worth seriously considering a reduction. However, at the end of the day, it's your body.

Consider very carefully the risks of the surgery vs. the risks of living with heavy breasts... if you feel you can live relatively comfortably with a good bra, maybe getting a surgery isn't necessary yet

Do you smell the ground when you walk? When you look down , can you see your shoes? Can you even tie your own shoes?

You're better of discussing with women who have done it and the doctors who perform this particulat procedure are they'll be able to inform you of the complications etc
