Can someone from personal experience or reasonable knowledge tell me where it's fine to workout or not? I took the vaccine today (today happened to be my rest day too), but I am planning on working out tomorrow (and go hard as always).
Please don't hit me with the ''just don't work out for a few days''. If it's dangerous, I won't. If it's not, I will. I would never skip my workout unless I really have to is what I am saying.
