No i didn't. I was pretty sure i had covid. I just took it make sure and keep myself isolated

I don't remember it correctly. I think a week after being tested and isolated. I was already on day 6 or 7 when i took the test

If the test instructions say "even a faint second line indicates the presence of the virus", then yes, it's positive.

I can see that. If you have more concerns, get a PCR test for more accurate results, and quarantine yourself until results come back. If you have no symptoms at all, the likelihood of you being positive for covid is low.
Always do two tests if you have doubts.

I got 2 pcr test and it came back inconclusive so have to take a third. Very sick with symptoms

That means you just became positive, and the viral load is low, if you check tomorrow the line with be visible.

I took this picture very soon after i put my specimen on the strip like 5 minutes after the recommended time of 15 minutes the line was very visible

It's not negative if the manufacturer specifically states that even a faint line is an indication of the virus. You have to read the instructions and fine print.
