Hey girl, I have the same body stats as you from what you provided and apparently I am regarded attractive. I wouldn’t know, because I am too used to myself. I am Asian too. Don’t listen to the haters. I used to dislike how I look because of rude comments on my appearance. I don’t *like* how I look now, but I am able to see better what others see when they look at me. I’ve gotten a lot of positive attention from all genders, especially after entering college. There were a few things I did that helped out.
Not sure if you’re already doing all these things, but here are some things that helped enhance my own appearance, from experience. Makeup was a big one, because I used to have acne-ridden skin as a teenager (after dermatologist visits and a few years and a LOT of skincare it’s a lot better), and it helped me to stop picking at my face and making the acne worse. I made sure to NEVER sleep with it on. Always cleaned my skin very well. Skincare was important in that case too. I learned to dress for my figure and just how to dress better in general. I’m a bit more of a curvy Asian compared to the average East Asian and my family always made me feel fat for being like that. But in reality I think people found it alright on me. What helped me a lot was looking at fashion of those kpop stars - they have nice casual styling that I tried to emulate. It worked out. And lastly, I do a lot of self-care nowadays and take good care of my body (sleeping enough, eating enough, washing my hair consistently, exercise, eating healthily, taking vitamins, drinking water, stretching every day, sheet masks, daily relaxation time, etc) so that I can feel sane and happy.
The doc would likely say you’re healthy. Also BMI is a terrible measure of health anyway… it doesn’t take muscle into account. People are always surprised to hear my weight when I just have a fair bit of muscle from my martial arts.
Keep doing that exercise tho! I like my exercise because my body feels more energized that way and I feel better overall. It sounds like your habits are working for you (of course always consult a medical professional before making any big health habit changes). I went on a ramble but overall, just fake it til you make it. That’s really what I did. You just gotta have confidence and don’t be afraid to show your personality! That’s how I got to have friends and more. I think you’re totally fine the way you are. Don’t worry about how you look compared to others - you were born to be you.

134 is a normal weight, especially if some of it is muscle mass. i'd probably be best if you lose like 5-10 pounds, however you're a healthy weight and don't really need to lose it; it's optional. also i wouldn't recommend eating 400-700 and doing cardio. you should lose a good amount of weight just eating 800-1000 calories a day, and probably 1200 would be best if you'd like to cardio as well.

Asian girls tend to be smaller and not weigh much. I don't think you are obese. You are exercising and watching what you eat. There's not much else you can do. I will say that you have beautiful eyes.

That is a completely normal and healthy weight!! I’m about the same right now. However, that amount of calories daily is nowhere NEAR enough and will absolutely ruin your metabolism and health. Please start eating a normal amount of calories and you will feel your best!

Easy fix. Cut out carbs.
@lrina I am down 60 pounds in one year. I no longer need insulin to control my blood sugar. I eat one meal a day and I am not ever hungry. It worked for me. I am now forced to buy new cloths. My pants fall off. Your young brain is still growing you need protein and fat. Your brain is 40% fat. All the best young lady.

Because an A cup is lighter than an E cup. Also hair length should be factored in; but overall hair is light so even large discrepancies in length won't effect your overall weight as much as discrepancies in breast size.
