Can I grow taller after 21?

I'm a 21 year old guy with a height of 163 I'm very short in my class and feels inferior in many ways.. Am I too short for an average man? Is there a way to improve my height? Is it possible for me to grow taller after 21. I hit puberty late... my beard started to grow a 20 .

Unfortunately, no. I've tried everything myself, man. The Red Dot staring technique that supposedly triggers the pituitary gland, the subliminal "grow taller while you sleep" videos on YouTube, Human Growth Hormone, you name it... I've tried EVERY damn technique except actual leg-lengthening surgery. Still stuck down here at 180 with all the women and children. I guarantee you I despise being short even more than you do, even if you're shorter than even me.

If it matters, anything under six feet tall (183 cm) is considered too short/inferior, for modern men, nowadays. According to society. There is a GAGer on here though, who you are much taller than. Maybe @bigpauly can help you out.

You're 5'11 which is close to 6', and depending on how much hair you grow out and what shoes you wear, you can pass as over 6ft

But at 21 your growth plates are 99% fused so the above advice is useless.

I think the only thing is a new surgery called limb lengthening. It can give up to 5-6 inches but you can't do sports for a year or something

I'd say search on youtube there are many stretching exercises out there, you may increase perhaps one inch or so. I'm the same height as you and I'm trying to increase my height too, I'm 23 by the way.

It’s very unlikely to grow at 21. If you started puberty late, I would talk to your doctor about your height estimate, because it’s a possibility.

Yes 163cm or 5'4 is way below average here in North America. The average height for men is around 175cm or 5'9, while the average for women is 160cm or 5'3. The only part of the world where your height is normal for a man would be in the Asian Pacific like the Phillipines. Even in East Asian countries such as China and Japan, the average for men there is 170cm or around 5'7. I guess I'm blessed with good genes because even though I'm East Asian, my height is at 177cm or almost 5'10. Although I think I might have Klinefelter's Syndrome which is a story for another day.

Not really you can go to space, the lack of gravity will make you taller. But it will return to normal when you come back down.

One of my friends got taller between 18 and 21. I haven't got any taller since I was 16. I think you're done growing.

Scientifically No, but you can join a gym & get your body in shape, V-shape body with wide back can help with adding a few inches, visually

I’m still growing so yea but then again I didn’t hit puberty till I was almost 17
