Is it possible to grow taller in your 30s?

I used to be shorter than both my mom and dad and now I’m almost as tall as my dad and taller than my mom, my dad used to be around 5-6 inches taller than me, and today, my mom’s friend came over and she wanted to compare height with me when she saw me, I think she believes I grew taller but does not want to say it out loud because she does not want to look dumb.

I think it happen sometimes. All of a sudden you notice development even though you're already way past the growing period.

On a medical point of view it isn't cos its believed that ones epiphysial growth plate would have completely fused at the age and therefore growth ends. Although further research is being carried out on patients/accident victims with a broken bone. Details would come later.

Take messuring tape and messure yourself and comapre to passport and see for crying out loud what is this mentality you have? Can i grow taller i compared myself with balala wtf i compared myself with vegetable i look taller now

People start getting a bit shorter as they grow old, like when they are around 50's or 60's
Might be them getting shorter instead of you getting taller
