It all kind of depends. For me, the ribs being visible gives me the vibe that they may be into those weird dieting things or are cutting out to many nutrients to keep what some would classify as "thin". I personally prefer meat on the bones (not too much, not too little), but the toned stomach in the pic are attractive to me. Apologies if this seems like I'm being one of the guys that cherry picks specific physical traits, as it's hard to properly describe thoughts online when verbal tone is harder to show and trying to keep things short and simple (don't want to end up writing a 5-page essay)

Not to me. It's a bit too close to being masculine.

I don't know if most women find feminine men attractive, but most men don't find masculine women all that attractive.

Opposites attract, but I'm sure there's someone out there for everyone.
