My ass has gone completley flat how can I get it back and get it round and perky quickly?

if you want a soft ass, then the only way to make it rounder is by gaining weight (but if you plan to take this route, do it in a HEALTHY way and don't just eat junk food) or you can do exercises such as squats. however, if your ass doesn't have much fat on it doing squats will just make it bigger, but it will also be hard.

Squats. And weighted lifts try training ur hamstrings and glutes. Quads make it look thick from ahead whereas. Hamstrings and glutes make u look fuller from back.
