If you can’t do that it’s likely an idea to have a chat to a nurse or doctor.

Depending what the emotional side of it is, it may be worth looking at chatting to a counsellor / Therapist.

All right just take it easy a urine and blood test your chemicals within normal range and then go from there if you're taking any kind of long-term medication throw in the kidney and liver panel if you're having any kind of sexual contact even protected throw-in an STD panel.

All puberty is “bad,” you’ll be emotional and hormonal. If it is a concern, I would talk with your parents and doctors about it to see if they can help in anyway.

You’re a bit past the puberty stage. If you’re talking about your periods, that is normal to be emotional. Teenagers in general are more emotional, but you should talk with a therapist if you are feeling very emotional. Talk with your school or family about visiting a therapist.

It could be genetic a lot of people seem to have that predisposition.

This happens at that age. Not to all girls but some. It's to do with your raging hormones. They're sort of re-arranging your body. Things will probably settle down once they get their shit together.
