I just got back from cycling with my friend
We made a really good go of it today...
I'm definitely getting fitter...
We set ourselves goals weekly... Where new to explore, a distance, amount of time we want to be out.
But generally we go with how we feel too no pressure. Today was my first 10k cycle. 😊
